The ladies working in the store are super friendly and helpful. We got to try some the yummy food they are selling there.

I really appreciate the amazing service as well as the fact that it is in a good location with parking.

The warm foods as well as the cookies, Nanaimo bar and Twix Cup are just amazing.

We will for sure come back once we are in the area again.

I wanted to love it. We spent $180 on our first visit, that's how excited we were, but it was mostly so so. The staff wasn't able to answer questions about ingredients and seemed thrown off by our large order, the lasagna tasted like metal so we tossed two of those, the sauces in the salads were disgusting....smelled and tasted off. Some of the greens weren't very fresh but otherwise fine. The spring rolls were horrendous we ordered 2 cooked batches and threw them out....group of 5 and we all thought they were horrible. The perogies and cookies were delicious though. I would return for those.

This place makes the best vegan sandwiches on the planet. Everything here is delicious and interesting! It's always fun to keep coming back and see what's new! Everyone who works here is also incredibly helpful and kind. My wife, son, and I make it a regular stop as often as we can.

Great grocery store for local and BC products, plant-based groceries, grilled sandwiches and amazing treats! Chilled, frozen, packaged and fresh items. Imaginative, giant, filled cookies, including a seasonal pumpkin-spice one. I’ve also enjoyed the bbq chick’n grilled sandwich and breakfast wrap.

We were passing through, on our way to Summerland and were so happy to have found such a wonderful vegan store. The woman working inside was so kind and accommodating. I love their salads and frozen meals. Pure vegan happiness!
