I had an emergency equine colic case, the care my mare received was professional and prompt. Dr. Baker and his team acted swiftly and efficiently which allowed my horse to recover with ease. They allowed me to stay as long as I’d like ensuring I was conformable while I decided on a course of action, and assured that they had my mare’s health and care in their best interest. Thank you Dr. Baker, team and staff for aiding to my mare in a scary situation. I will be bringing my business to them from now on.

Words cannot express my sincere appreciation for this vet clinic! I should have posted this earlier for everyone to know how amazing this place is. My dog developed meningitis last spring and the wonderful people here did absolutely everything they could. Between after hour visits, soooo much blood work, ultrasounds, and keeping her over a long holiday weekend they truly went above and beyond. Then this weekend my dog suffered an allergic reaction and the vet on call was absolutely amazing and did everything she could to help us over the phone and get our dog back to her normal self. Big shout out to Dr. Allison, Dr. Emmalyn, Dr. Claudia, and Dr. Jena. We would not have our beautiful girl in our lives without you!

Got my 2 female cats spayed here. Price was better than vets in lethbridge. Staff was very professional. The clinic was clean and modern. The incisions were small and cats are healing up nicely. Would recommend

As a pet owner for more than 2 decades across 3 different cities, I've been to my share of veterinary clinics, both good and bad. I literally cannot speak highly enough about Fort Macleod Vet. I appreciate how caring and compassionate all of the vets have been that we've had the pleasure of meeting so far, and all of the support staff are top notch as well. They are super efficient, and their in-house lab makes for quick test results which I credit for saving our senior dog in a pretty serious emergency. Highly recommend.

They saved our cat’s life! I can’t thank them enough. We were put at ease as soon as we came in and you can tell the vet really cares about animals. Well worth the drive from Lethbridge to get the best care for our pet. Thank you!!!

Update: it’s been two years since a city vet in Lethbridge told us we would likely have to put our cat down. I’ve amended the review with a photo of him happy and healthy today. Thank god we decided to get another opinion. We were given an affordable treatment for the immediate issue and attainable lifestyle changes for our cat’s good health. When I originally said they saved our cat’s life, it wasn’t an exaggeration. I’m still grateful to this day and I’d never take my pets anywhere else.
