My dog is a rescue with separation anxiety and they helped me ease her into going to the kennel. Now she is so excited to go there! My dog is now 3 and we leave her with them all the time. They have been so good to us! The best part is that the dogs are not left in a giant room with all the other dogs, so I know my girl won’t be super over stimulated when we get her back.

I can't even have the honour of rating their service as a kennel as they wouldn't even accommodate taking our dogs. We have to leave our house due to a sewer backup and the woman on the phone said she might have been able to make room for us if she knew our dogs. But because my dogs had never been there before, she couldn't take them in. I guess space magically appears for some customers but not for others.

We needed to kennel our dog because of a forest fire evacuation. When I called, I was quoted a rate of $30.00 per night all in. Our evacuation order was rescinded, and we went to pick up our dog less than 24 hours later. The "$30.00 all in" rate had morphed into a charge of $45.00 per night. When questioned about the 50% increase the owner said that we should have checked her website, and then said she was "walking away from this conversation." Silly me thought that when she said "$30.00 all in", that would be the rate charged.

This kennel is the best. Heather and John have an excellent facility. My dog is always so happy to go there. The staff are pleasant and helpful taking great care of my dog during her stays. "Atta boy"

Fortune Creek Kennels provides exemplary customer service. My German Shepherd has special health needs that I know are well-taken care of when he is at the kennel. Heather, John and the staff treat my dog Jocko like he is part of their family. We are so lucky to have a dog care facility of this caliber in our area.

Very accommodating and flexible if you need an extra day etc. My large hyper puppy was welcomed and was well taken care of. She didn't complain to me anyway!
