This is a beautiful, magical place. I planned to stay for 20-30 minutes to pick up my roses and look around a bit. I stayed for 90.

I was incredibly lucky that a tour was beginning just as I arrived. It was fascinating, informative, and fragrant in the best way possible.

Besides the tour I wandered the greenhouses and spent time in the rose gardens taking photos of the gorgeous flowers and views and literally stopping to smell the roses. I had lemonade. I relaxed in a chair under the shade of a tree just to take it all in. Yes, like in a book.

Jason taught me about rose care, then I chatted with [apologies, I didn't catch Jason's wife's name this time around - will update] and bought some lavender. It was all so wonderful.

Jason is brilliant and his wife radiates kindness - they have that unmistakable charm of great people who are great at what they do. The roses are as interesting as they are beautiful and fragrant (where applicable). And the scenic mountain backdrop makes it all the more dramatic and special. I'll be back for sure. This place is good for the soul.

Jason is very knowledgeable about roses and gardening in general. As a new rose gardener with a newfound passion for everything roses, I have thoroughly enjoyed Jason's videos. I am always excited and anticipating the next video. The only downside is that Fraser Valley Rose Farm doesn't ship to the US. I guess I will have to go to Canada and visit the farm then! Thank you, Jason, for sharing your knowledge with the rose community.

We always enjoy our visits to Fraser Valley Rose Farm and our chats with Jason. Walking through the gardens we take in the colours, scents, bees buzzing and birds chirping. Thanks to Jason’s advice we bought roses to suit our growing conditions and they are all doing well. Earth Angel is a favourite because it has a lovely fragrance beside our seating area on the patio.

I have just started to grow a variety of roses, after owning only a couple for a handful of years. I've watched Jason's videos, and can't get enuff of them. He's boosted my confidence about keeping roses, and now all of my rose plants have improved in appearance! I've learned things such as proper pruning, how and why to peg roses, how to use a handful of alfalfa pellets for extra fertilizer, and have been encouraged to try some of the shadier areas on my property to plant roses, (they are doing great in those areas!) He is to the point, and doesn't put on airs, but wants to see folks grow in their confidence and love of roses. Which I have☺️.

What a wonderful "treasure": a specialty rose farm in the Fraser Valley! Beautiful setting, and great service helping me find the best type of rose for my trellis. And then I just wandered through the field smelling all the different roses and reading all their names. Amazing.

I am in Indiana, I am asking concerning roses what and where to get the hormones. Do you use hormones with seeds. Will it help? I also have clay as well as some top soil around the house where I am hoping to plant my roses. Will the clay hurt the growth. I hope to be able to use the seeds from the hips to get new plants, how-ever it leads me to another question of : will they be the same as the rose I got them from the store or will it be the dominant part of the hybrid? I enjoy your video and look forward to your help. I also have helped my mother in the raspberry garden, we berried the tip of the shoot in the fall / stem into the dirt. Will this create new roots and another bush concerning roses. I have planted new and also have small blossoms on our bushes. Thank you for your help.

So very pleased with the health of the beautiful plants I just received from Fraser Valley Rose Farm. One would be hard pressed to find such gorgeous plant material from the larger scale nurseries or Big Box stores. I am thrilled to have discovered Jason (wonderful, informative YouTube material, by the way) and his nursery as it is so difficult to find own-root roses, and near impossible to find Old Garden Roses. Plants are very reasonably priced...I am used to paying twice as much for half the size of the plants that I received today. I look forward to visiting in person next month when I'm sure their display garden will be heavenly.
