I asked if they had chicken drumsticks. The one with low customer service skills replied: yes, $5.99. I replied there are other fraser meats shop selling for $2 lbs.
He said: lemme know where, I will go and buy it from them.. well here is a photo attached to this review so you know I am not lying to you. Please, next time be nice and polite. Not rude

I’ve generally had good experiences, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered soup and shared feedback about an issue, but the staff didn’t offer any solution. As a regular customer, I expect better service and responsiveness. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Not a good place to buy goat meat. Worker was quite a sly person who goaded me to buy more when I asked for a particular type of cut. But did not put that cut in the meat. I realized that when I reached home. Just plain old robbery. Avoid this place.

On Tuesday nov 19 I purchased salmon. We cooked it on Thursday nov 21. The taste of the salmon itself was awful

We made a call to the meat shop on nov 23 Saturday the meat shop refused to issue refund or exchange and he said you only have two days that's our policy. I didn't see this policy noted anywhere in store or on the receipt

I would recommend going to another meat shop if you want high quality salmon as you won't get it here

Chicken burnt and overcocked

chicken is overcooked, informed the shop but they said it is always cooked like this.
Purchased same chicken always and it taste perfect and cooked properly

Poor customer feedback response ,might refused because they don't want to give new order.

Please check order before pick up.

After being a loyal customer for years, the last 2 months, I have seen the quality drop. 3 times now, I've ended up with rotten smelling chicken. Twice I was cooking the next day and blamed myself. Today, I bought chicken at 1130am and refrigerated it within 30min. Took it out at 6pm and rotten stench hit me as soon as I opened the bag.

No longer my go-to meat shop. Will be going elsewhere. There isn't a shortage in Surrey.

Hi to the store owner
I came to your store August 4th. I specifically asked for baby goat the guy with the turban handed me over the goat meat I came home cooked it for an hour and half the meat was rubbery full of tendons and chewy. This meat isn't baby goat it was awful not impressed i have been cooking for over 30 years and have to say that goat was not baby goat. I would like a full refund the meat was not good very disappointed.

Been coming here for years now, this place, the food variety, and the people are phenomenal. We’ve moved further away from them and other Fraserview Meat locations are closer to us now, but they’re unmatched. We always find ourselves coming back to this location. They constantly have new flavours to try, and always happy to accommodate making up a personal favourite if it’s not on display. My kids love the flavours and are always asking for their food. We feel treated as family there and have never left the place without a smile on our faces.
Pictured are the Thai Sesame Chicken and Herb Salmon, our personal favs. Hands down 10/10. So if you don’t see them on display I encourage you to ask!
