Its a good store, unfortunately there is a lot of crackheads who hangout near the location at night and make it pretty rough around the edges. Lots of theft and the staff have to deal with a lot of abuse from customers.. overall, you can't be the prices compared to other locations.

I have always enjoyed the variety of products, clean premises and good service as well. With what's happening down south, I would appreciate if "Canadian" products could now be highlighted on the shelves, (perhaps with our Red Maple Leaf). Looking for salad/lettuce today, all the "Compliment" brands are marked "USA, Mexico". Not sure how that works.

I went in to get a Dial Body wash Coconut Water it was on sale for 💲2.99 ! I got home checked my receipts and was charged 🚫💲6.49🚫 twice because I got two bottles of body wash. I believed the deal was $6 for 2 of the 473 ml which I diligently chose over the $6.49 IVORY. I phoned in the evening to discuss my receipt and got disconnected. Called the manager in the morning he also disconnected me. While he went to go and check the prices he argued that I must have chosen the larger hand soap display bottles that he said have never been on sale . And that if I wasn't happy with their prices I could bring the item back for a full refund He says he gets at least 10 phone calls a day for the same thing happening all the time. I don't want a refund I want the 💲2.99 sale price that your store is displaying for the body wash than my receipt shows it's 🚫💲6.49🚫 when I come home to balance check my items. I said so if I go to the till and tell them my item was $2.99 will they have to give to me for the $2.99 price because that's what your tickets are all saying. He says not without an investigation.
Afterwork I went to the store to see their displaying items at the end of the isles(I didn't even PICK AT the end of their pharmacy isles) he said that I choose from for the dial which was dial hand soap PUMPS🧴&REFILLS 🔃 and there are larger refillable hand soaps YES. But the item I was referring to was the BODY WASH. I clearly said the BODY WASH was on sale for $2.99. Arguing with me my item has never been on sale you went and checked the SKU 🧴for the wrong product of HAND SOAP.( OR DID HE?)POSSIBLY HE SAID HE COULDN'T KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT OR WHERE IT COULD (B) ELSE DOWN IN THOSE PHARMACY ISLES AT THE ENDS👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🚫🚫🚫This is not acceptable misleading information. 🚫🚫🚫Customers check all the sale price tickets💲💲📃💲💲 there were many from February and we are in the second week of March. He says they change their prices Wednesday's but clearly they don't pull off the sale prices tickets from their shelves and than BLAME THE CUSTOMERS TO CHECK ON THEIR TICKETS PRICES for them on the WEDNESDAYS for their new deals that are always coming out and than we get told we are choosing hand soap instead of body wash of which NO SALES ON THAT ITEM EVER BEFORE THE MANAGER SAYS TO ME anyways so why not check out all those 🚫ERRORS🚫 AND 🚫MISLEAD🚫INFO.
He says he doesn't know every code and has to run to his office for the SKU to look on his computer for the weekly deals as your being disconnected.
Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10

Apparently the milliliters are all now posted for 100ml costs now for everything according to the manager like most of us didn't already know that information who are actually looking and checking their receipts for comparisons.
Also this location has the very expired meat!!!

Clean store but doesn’t carry as much products as other stores. No in house bakery. Does have a pharmacy, lotto outlet. Unfortunately not in the greatest part of town so make sure you don’t leave anything visible in your car. Friendly staff, one plain clothed staff member will even play a weird game of hide and seek with you….

FreshCo has a good international foods aisle, including a some hard to find items such as Mrs Ball's Chutney from South Africa and a wide range of South Asian products. Veggies & meats have been fresh and good quality. Prices are generally competitive, with some above average and some below. Store hasn't seemed too busy, although my experience has been that they tend to quickly run out of their limited deals.

This store has repeatedly double-charged customers for items, which is unacceptable. The manager needs to address this issue promptly to avoid potential lawsuits. Imagine about how much money they’ve made from these mistakes! Customers should always check their receipts carefully. Despite the store offering great discounts, the lack of employee attentiveness is concerning. They claim to guarantee returns, but even for unopened items, they ask too many questions. This is highly unprofessional.

Using sharpy on a display module to say they won't honor the price even though we were there for the $5 display by the till is not only unprofessional but not how business is run. Walmart honors there prices, shoppers, London drugs and even gas station honor a price unless there is a date on the tag. The woman in front of us got her product for free because she had purchased it. But however apparently if you ask the cashier the store can change the price as long as it's before you make the purchase... Not true.. if that was the case then apparently any store doesn't need to honor any prices.
