Worst prices in the region so take the time to drive to Peace River and save your money for the gas you will need to drive that hour each way ... Price example... Creamsicle in thee exact same box 6.99 and at no frills in p.r. 4.99

Open 0600-2200 when I've been in town. Decent selection, customer service is great, prices are relative. Usually stock up on my veggies and hummus here a few times a week, thankfully they carry a decent amount of hummus. Have an in-store bakery with breads, buns and cake and delicatessen variety. You don't have an option, so hope you enjoy it! 😉

Having a monopoly being the only store they sure take advantage of seniors and low income families. I for one avoid buying anything unless really needed worth the drive to peace river.

I like shopping at this Freson Brothers location. It always has nice looking produce and, in general, has a large selection of products. The store is bright and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

While what the other reviews say is true- it is on the expensive side- it's only about as pricey as the Freson Bros. stores in other towns. On top of that, it is, as far as I know, the only grocery store between Peace River or Grimshaw and High Level. With that in mind, I think the prices here are pretty reasonable.

I was able to get a good selection of hot food to eat here - Albeit small compared to their bigger stores. The service was friendly and fast. Everything in the store was kept up with the displays all tidy.
