I recently had my John Deere X728 serviced at Full Line for a complicated issue within the engine that was not easily diagnoised. From drop off to pickup Toni kept me up to date with what they had found and what the plan was to correct the issue. They called me when additional parts were needed to ensure I was ok with the cost.

Frank the mechanic was patient and was able to identify what was causing the issue. He got the engine back together and running smooth.

Overall the team was professional, transparent on what they found and pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend Full Line Farm & Garden.

I have also dealt with Jason on the Powersports side of the business and he also has been great!

Great place to get your recall work completed or buy parts. Always looked out for me unlike the dealership I bought from. I wish they had space to show more side by sides as I dislike the service over at Pod. Last time I was at Pod the sales person had no clue what the specs of the xx are and if they had changed anything from years b4. Id probably be in a xx if it wasn't for that day. Oh well love my Wildcat Sport and the service at Fullline is top knotch

My husband and I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff and owner is at this dealership. We have had a few hiccups with our tractor and they have been incredibly efficient, super kind and have dealt with the issues in a professional manner. 100% would recommend this business to others.

This company has absolutely no Customer Service. We were quoted a price based on time required to clean the carbs and change brakes on my granddaughter’s 50cc Polaris Outlaw. They did not tell us they only order parts once a week, then when they order the parts, they forgot to order all the parts required. They charged us twice the amount we were expecting and supposedly spent twice the time they quoted. We decided to bring it back home after it was sitting at their dealership for over a week and would just do the brakes ourselves when the parts came. My granddaughter rode it around for 20 minutes, parked it and when we came out the next day it was leaking gas on our shop’s floor, which it was NOT leaking gas when we gave it to them to do a simple carb clean and repair brakes. When we called them they said they could look at but would charge us to clean/repair it AGAIN. In the end we paid over $800.00 for nothing. The machine is now leaking gas on our shop floor and we have to replace the brakes ourselves. They charged too much, took too long and made it worse. They did not do anything to rectify the situation. We prefer to use local businesses but unfortunately this was a costly mistake for us. We now have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed properly. We will NEVER buy a single thing from Fulline Farm or Polinsky Farm Equipment.

They have no idea how to order stihl parts. 3rd time is a charm wish me luck. Maybe they can help out with Fuel to get there so many times

Needed a new chainsaw. Was recommended them because they were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not disappoint! A company that sells 100k+ equipment, treated me, just buying a small saw, like I was an important customer. Didn't try to upsell to something I didn't need, but made sure I got what I needed for the work I had to do. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be back for any future needs!
