I am 66 years and I remember going into Gardels in Owen Sound when I was a young boy. This has been a staple business in Owen Sound for many decades. You don't last like this by being second rate. I now frequent the store more often and am very happy with every aspect of buying my fish here. Hats off to the staff and owners for a job well done.

My wife and I come here often with our kids and we absolutely love it. Not just because of the amazing animals that my 2 boys find entertaining and unique but also because of the friendly and knowledgeable and caring staff. These people truly truly care about animals and I love that so much. Thank you all so much!

Well it is better than Popeye's Chicken the service is great who's awesome I don't know what everybody's talking about my chicken was cooked all the way through and the people that work there were just smiling at us I've got no complaints I'll go back there and eat again

I came to the store for assistance.In finding a home for abandoned Cat and kittens. They were not able to help me directly but they did give me several phone numbers to help with my Issue, thank you very much.

This is one of my favourite pet stores. I always have a fun time coming in here. we love getting our dogs bones from here. And they get all animals from good breeders. they keep everything pretty clean.

Such an awesome store, my kids love it. The staff is always so wonderful except for this lady that works during the week she’s a “manager” I think she has half red hair and she’s so grumpy and rude. I watched her disrespect 2 other customers in the store while i was there and then I decided I didn’t want a product and I wasn’t sure where it went and she just took it out of my hand and didn’t even say anytning and just smirked rudely and looked away. Not sure what her problem is, I have never seen her there before until today. Perhaps you should get rid of her before more loyal customers get disrespected, the other staff is extremely friendly, 🙂
