I see why lots of people write good reviews on this store. I found many exotic products here that I couldn't find elsewhere. Middle eastern spices, halal meat, vermicelli, etc. the prices were visible and the products are stocked very nicely. So easy to find items without help. Prices are reasonable for a small grocery store. Customer service is great. Highly recommend!

Great variety of middle eastern grocery/pantry items and some hard to find ingredients like dried lemons! The butchery is clean and no bad smells. The two whole chickens we got were cleaned really well and delicious when cooked!

Although I like small grocery shops, especially butcheries, but I also wish they have a good customer service.
Unlike their butchery section, where you can clearly see prices, most of the shelf/fridge items do not have price tags. And when I asked prices of 2 items, and didn’t buy, I noticed that owner/cashier (not a butcher guy) had a frustrated look and it felt like he was almost tired of answering, although it took literally 10 seconds of his time.
I mean, I should admit, I would probably become frustrated if every customer comes and asks prices - but that’s why people invented price tags - so you can put a price on an item and not answer same question to different people multiple times a day.
And when the price is 30-40% over the market price, please understand that some customers don’t have spare cash to overpay for those items.

I just ended up buying some things from a butcher, because of his genuine and helpful service.

The owner is a very kind person. He is always helpful and welcoming. The products he has available in store are exactly what I have always searched for to find. Meat and chicken is always fresh. So far they have the best kale pache(uncooked) I have ever purchased in Vancouver. I always call in and place order an hour before I pick up my order so I won’t wait in the store. Thank you for the amazing service 🙂

I like this store. I am buying almost all meat products here for almost 7 years. They sell halal meat and some groceries. This is my number one choice because lamb, poultry and veal are fresh and very good quality.
