Just had the most amazing workshop here! Rebecca and Jennifer were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone had a fantastic time. Can't wait for the next one, and it looks like they also host children's birthday parties. Highly recommend!

Staffs are really friendly and they were helping every individual customers.
Highley recommended for new gardeners.
They have different variety of pots which I didn't seen in most of the other gardens.
Seems like recently opened, so decent number of plants were there.

Beautiful store with great customer service. Plants were very healthy and it's a great selection given the smaller space. Great seed selection!

I will say it was quite expensive for the 4" pots and annuals, but the rest was within reason.

I spent quite a bit of time here when visiting and will be happy to return!

I used to love Gardenworks, but after my latest experience I doubt I’ll ever go again. I had an issue with incorrect instructions on a veggie, so I called and left a message. Several days later I called again as I never heard back. Talked to the manager of the area, but felt shamed for not having what he called common sense, even though I followed the instructions on the tag. He want helpful and gave me no advice on what to do to fix the issue. So I called the head office. It took two weeks for them to reply, although it was the president of Gardenworks. She left a message to call her back to help me. I was impressed and after a busy weekend at work I called her back, and left a message to call me as she wasn’t available. It’s been almost two more weeks and nothing. ‍♂️

Clearly they don’t appreciate my business, so I took it somewhere else. And I’m glad I did as I found three garden centers side by side that were so much cheaper. They may not be as nice as Gardenworks, but in the end I got everything I needed, and more with great advice from people who seem to have more knowledge. Wing Wongs nursery, Jenny’s Garden Center, and Sun Tai Sang Farm. All three had similar stuff, but also their own things that made each worth visiting. We also found some plants (and veggies) that I’ve never seen at Gardenworks. I highly recommend them as an alternative, especially if you want expert advice and don’t want to spend as much as Garden works.

I came into the store with a struggling orchid, hoping for advice on the materials I needed to repot the plant. With the friendliest smile, Jean asked me to walk around while she repotted the plant. When it was packaged in a beautiful gift box, I got out my wallet and she said there'll be no charge!!! I was in shock as she explained how to care for it and to bring it back if it didn't thrive. Even more amazing is Jean's humility because when I asked for her name to recognize her, she was reluctant to take credit, saying that it should go to the whole team 🙂 Words fail to convey my gratitude for such outstanding customer service, truly going above and beyond:) I will be back often and cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Just picked up the kids from Daycare from the GARDENWORKS Coquitlam location. I stopped by to get some Hot Peppers ? a couple days ago,but they didn't have any available at the time. I was talking with KJ and she took my phone number down, and said she would get a hold of me when they came in. Well as promised KJ gave me a text and said I saved you 4 Thai Dragon Hot Peppers ? for you you can pick them up at your convenience. So I picked them up first thing this morning 5-6-23 now that's outstanding service which is very hard to come by nowadays. Thank you KJ you absolutely Rock ?
