Two weeks ago this would have been a 5 star review but I'm guessing with the increased demand for your AMAZING product due to our national 'Buy Canadian' efforts some corners are being cut. I had been promoting your product to all my friends .. telling them there is little to now waste because of the freshness. The tasty crunch is beyond compare.
HOWEVER ... the last couple of times I've purchased the micro-greens .. specifically the arugula .. I've been disappointed. On March 25 I purchased a package with BB date of April 1st. I opened it to use on March 26 and immediately the smell was very bad. Visually it looked ok at first glance but as I pulled out little clumps they immediately went to mush between my fingers.
As if they were holding onto their shape until touched and they they throw their little green hands in the air and say "I'm done". I was barely able to salvage 50% of the product. So sad.
What happened? Wondering if the process has changed to increase production or decrease grow time? Something has weakened the integrity and strength of these little green gems. Please have a look at this and find a way to return to the product we all love and want to keep buying.
Thank you

I recently have been looking to buy more local foods and items. I wanted spinach so bad, but all of the spinach products were from the USA. Until I found this brand! It's crispy, delicious, local and great! I can't wait to try more products from you guys!

Due to all our buy Canadian I have been paying close attention to where our fresh greens come from. We were so happy to find your products in our local Freshco here in Alliston, ON! Bought 2 different products and loved them both. Price was reasonable at $3.99 per container. There are just 2 of us in the house so this is a perfect size. Good to know we can get these delicious greens year round! Thanks.😊

Tried the romaine lettuce, broccoli and mustard microgreens.
Wow, so fresh and tasty. Packages are packed full. Just like going into your own garden and picking fresh produce. I live in Manitoba and my GoodLeaf is shipped from Calgary. Excellent, nutritious product. Would highly recommend. Support Canada and sustainable growing!!!

I've always been happy with GoodLeaf and the broccoli sprouts- I have them regularly- daily, if possible, in fact. Yesterday, Sept. 26, I bought a package with an expiry date of Sept.29. It was only half full, which was a first, and quite odd. Today, Sept. 27, I opened it, and it was bad. Terribly smelly and with liquid in the bottom. Definitely rotten. $4.00 went into the garbage. I'm NOT HAPPY. I bought it at No Frills, Yonge St. and Elgin Mills Rd. in Richmond Hill. It shouldn't have been only half full, to start, and should definitely not have been this bad. I hope this was a one-off, but definitely unacceptable. An apology and credit for a new, fresh, package would be good customer service, either from No Frills or GoodLeaf.

My favourite lettuce -- GOOD LEAF BABY GREENS. I like that it last about 2 weeks. Not like fake Romaine lettuce that lasts for weeks on end. Loblaws sells for $5.99. Fresh Co $3.99. Which it was sold at Walmart.

Was very happy to see a Canadian brand this time of year in my local Freshco. I was very happy with the freshness. I am more than happy to buy local and Canadian in these very uncertain times .

Just started eating your microgreens. Oh my word, they are always so fresh and perfect ... I'm addicted (in that good microgreen way) I am going through a 50g pack a day. I wanted to post to let you know I find your product superior.
