We had a wonderful experience at Grave Hill Vineyards! It was our first time trying wine, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything in detail, offered us samples, and helped us choose the right bottles to take home. He even allowed us to take photos around his beautiful farm, which made the visit extra special. Overall, great service, friendly atmosphere, and a lovely place to explore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy good wine and genuine hospitality!

My partner and I arrived not long before he closed and had an amazing experience talking with the owner! Loved hearing his story of how he decided to get into commercial wine production, and hearing about how he makes the wine. The wines themselves were lovely, especially the killdeer! It was one of the best wines we had in all of PEC. We ended up buying a bottle to take home for a great price. Also loved the chickens & roosters, 2 of which free roam!

Looking for a diamond in the rough kind of winery ?
Look no further than Gravel Hill's.
The owner, Chris, is a super nice one-man winery. He'll hop off his tractor and talk about his wines and winery as if nothing else mattered at the moment. A real gentleman farmer.
In a world where bling-bling is around almost every corner, people like Chris and his Gravel Hill Vineyard are a treat.

My partner and I come from Sudbury every year to hit up the County. This is our MUST stop each time. The owner is so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his wine. We learn something each visit and always have a special experience. Hands down our favourite wine and we love bringing bottles back home to share with friends.

Chris( the owner), and his friend Dwayne, were kind enough to host us 20 min before closing time( which was extended to a whopping 30 min past closing time🤭) and let us enjoy the last stop of our winery tour. Coming from Europe, I didn't have any expectations per se, but we hit up some amazing family owned vineyards, and this was one of the best. I am so happy we rushed over in time! Their flights hit the spot! We tasted EVERYTHING! My favorite was the Dark Rose; kevin fell in love with the Paint Horse and walked away with 2 shiny bottles. The banter was great; that's how at home we felt! 😅 our last stop confirmed what we realized early on in our tour: avoid the posh flashy wineries. Visit the small family owned ones. Their menus are better, and the stories are better, too! Oh, they are all knowledgeable, alright, but not all are personable. There's more to wine tasting than stats... go for the memories!

Highly recommend visiting this family-owned and operated winery if you're in the area. The owner was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and shared his story and more about the winery. Favourite wine was the Dark Rose blend. The farm animals were super cute as well!
