I recently ordered wagyu beef (ultimate wagyu package as well as a few packages of ground beef and burgers) directly from Grazing Meadows and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment it arrived, it was clear that this was top-quality. Beautiful marbling, well cut, and packaged in a way to ensure that it arrived in great condition. The flavour was rich, buttery, and incredibly tender. So far, we tried the ground beef in (used in a chili). It was so good, I don't think i can go back to "regular" ground beef. We had a few steaks a couple nights ago, and what a treat they were. Will definitely be putting in another order as soon as we can clear some space in the freezer!

My husband had been curious about Wagyu beef. We visited the farm and I bought one of the boxes of Grazing Meadows Wagyu for his birthday. The meat is incredibly delicious! We are satisfied eating a smaller portion than regular beef.
I also find the meat very easy to digest. I usually get sleepy after eating regular beef, not with the Wagyu!
I highly recommend Grazing Meadows Wagyu. Tim and Donna do a wonderful job with their animals and land. A great local producer to support.
