Upgraded to a 3033r Andrew was helpful at the start in doing so
Once I got the new tractor there was some serious issues with bolts backing out and dropping the front differential and cracking the rad causing all sorts of problems/damage .. It was pretty disappointing to have a new tractor with less then 200h on it fall apart and then have it ripped apart and put back together again was a meh vibe so I reached out to John who was helpful with speeding up the process of getting it all fixed promptly
Trever was helpful in letting me know what was going on.. when I got it back it had crooked parts and some additional damage from being Frankensteined and that was another meh vibe but with huge thanks to one of the technicians Jeremy and his excellent workmanship he was able to repair the tractor properly and make it feel new again

Overall this dealership is amazing and hands down better then anywhere else
even though I had issues they went out of there way to make sure it was all taken care and fixed properly with great professionalism and honesty thanks again to the team at green diamond Antigonish

I should of gotten his name but the dude behind the desk today was great. I'm new to chainsaws and needed to sharpen my saw, they didn't have the file I needed but he took time outta his day to teach me how to sharpen the blade and then directed me to a different store that did have the tool I needed. Impressive service, I'll be back when its time to upgrade to a bigger saw.

I have been a customer of Green Diamond in Antigonish since June 2008 when I moved to Cape Breton. I have had simply awesome service from them, having now purchased three John Deere lawn tractors and the needed parts and accessories over the years. I cannot recommend John A.'s team highly enough. I wouldn't be going back there at the price they charge for working on a lawn tractor. If I knew they charge 217 dollars an hour I wouldn't be going there.
