Went here twice and will not return. Both times the staff were rude to me because I did not exactly know what I wanted because of the wide selection available. They scoffed at me when I was confused. Unfortunately they were not very helpful or accommodating and helping me choose my purchase and try to upsell me on a vape pen that I did not want

The two ladies working today were very rude and had very horrible customer service. Very disappointed with my visit today as they later came out of the store to yell at us to leave after using product we bought from a different store threatening to call the cops….

Best place around. Prices are great and ALL of the staff are wonderful !
Patience is key sometimes in these places and I've always been treated kindly and never minded waiting.
The plants are also a beautiful touch to the store, which is always clean and welcoming.

I had product missing, the staff refused to do anything. Even more so, used explitives and told me to leave several times for trying to file a complaint. Yet they claimed it was the Stika company they bought from, that continues to sell them missing or damaged products and they continue to sell that to you, knowingly. Gross neglect and extremely rude, unprofessional and threatening towards a customer, when confronted with a real issue that will affect others. Do not shop there, limited products that are knowingly inconsistent to what you are paying. Possible rip off by admission, shop somewhere else and never deal with this unprofessional atmosphere nor the stress involved with it. How I was treated feels criminal and abusive, I am filing several complaints as well as with the BBB.

Do not shop here. Owners are not local and do not keep any money flowing locally. They have no regards for our town or people other than PROFIT. And they treat their staff like GARBAGE!!! The other dispensaries are locally owned and support our local economy. Please support local Rocky businesses.
