I was very happy with their services to trim my boxwoods and cedar hedges. They came out to look at the work and provided an estimate and completed the work on a timely and professional basis. They did a very nice job and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly. Thank you!

Ensure you have a CLEAR, open, COMMUNICATION line with them since they are foreign and speak fluent Vietnemese. Also be sure to WATCH what they are exactly doing all the time. My hedges are beautiful to begin with. (See PHOTOS below).

I WAS IN HORROR AND SURPRISED V. BADLY and seriously UPSET ME ALOT, by cutting a DEEP, VERY BIG HOLE IN MY DOORWAY HEDGES. They cut the rest of my Hedges well and it looks good in truth and fairness; but, he cut the doorway hedges tooo deep where the thick branches sprout. I initially asked him to open the hedge door only a little bit so its cut, 'NORMAL', and easier to walk thru. ITS COMMON SENSE for an experienced Gardner or anyone for that matter... HE WAS REALLY OFF ON HIS JUDGEMENT CALL. Even a KID knows what a big hole is - despite any profession..
I can see the big gaping HOLE from my living room window - ITS SO UGLY and the squirrels, and birds can and will build NEST EGGS inside deeper .
THE FIX:
They brought 2 small hedge trees and planted 3 Hedge trees including my 8 Footer in the big hole he cut., which I paid additonal for minus potting labor; On top of which, 'THEY KEPT ARGUING AND INSULTING ME AND BLAMING ME! AND ALSO BOTCHED THAT UP.! They're supposed to be the professional Gardners - not me! AND ADVISE ME AHEAD OF TIME OF ANY BIG HOLES? OR PROBLEMS, ETC...... He should have cut it in stages
Also, he DID NOT EVEN ASK ME ONCE, IF HE SHOULD STOP CUTTING . . I TRUSTED WRONG! Be very vigilant when hiring them and get things down in writing - which they are reluctant to do. Buyer Beware! Caveat Emptor.
Continuously and Cautiously watch them while they work, as a strong tip... Now I have to water the 3 new trees with fertilizer and ongoing maintenance with it.. It looks funny now and is NOT NORMAL AND I DOUBT IT EVER WILL BE THE SAME AGAIN Who knows? Its alot of work for me now to fix this problem. Thx., for reading. Just look at it below!

Very disappointed. Spent $1400 just to see weed growing in the lawn again. Was told they will put everything in and weed will be reduced 60-70% but all we see weed in the ground. Levelling was done with new soil and it’s not levelled at all. When called back we were asked to pay more. Would have give zero star If that was an option for the attitude. NOT RECOMMENDED.
