Exactly what you’d expect - decent hours, great product selection, ample info for education, staff available throughout the entire property. Parking is decent, staff on hand to help bring larger items to vehicles. What stuck out was how clean everything was - they obviously take pride in the presentation of their property.

This location is accessible both in parking and shopping.

My daughter-in-law and I wanted a planter to put by her husband, my son's gravestone. We were not even in the store for one minute before a kind employee named Michelle asked us if we needed help. We certainly did. We explained our requirements - plants that didn't need daily watering, some purple, some colour. She knew exactly where to go, and helped us pick the plants. As Michelle helped carry the items to the checkout we asked about potting soil. She kindly offered to put everything together for us so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Angels walk among us.

I bought a tea rose plant last year in June. The plant had a warranty of one full year. I replanted it in a bigger pot & the plant bloomed well for the whole summer & fall. This spring, the plant didn't come back. When I visited the store, first thing they asked if I have the receipt, which I had. The next argument was if it's not planted on the ground, the warranty is void, which was not indicated to me. Upon asking the question, got no proper answer. They told me I can submit my claim through the APP. Obviously this warranty protocol is to fool around.
The prices in the store, in general is higher than the market, which I thought was for their warranty program. It's worth checking their warranty in details.
I also noticed last year that, the tea rose plants were 25% off, but at the check out they charged me full price & said this plant is not included - looks funny!!

Been to this place twice and they never fail! The staff is consistently friendly, proactive and very knowledgeable - I emphasize on PROACTIVE (the staff approaches you to see if you need help and when they do provide assistance, they are quite knowledgeable). We really enjoyed our interaction at the check out with very friendly staff there.

We got some taller branches dwarf cherry and plum trees this round and the staff was very helpful to help us wrap it up before we fitted in the car.

Definitely recommend this garden nursery and well worth the drive from Toronto!

Wonderful nursery with the best selection of herbs .. come be pleasantly confused by the variety of basil plants whine also taking home tarragon and other heard to find herbs.

The staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. It is well signed, with many signs to help gardeners understand which places are best for their space.

Really enjoy the layout and options that this nursery has. We were looking specifically for vegetables to plant in our garden beds - i liked that there was a separate section and didn't have to walk through everything to get there. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nursery and feel compelled to share. Be warned: they do not accept any returns—no exceptions—regardless of the circumstances. I found this policy to be completely inflexible and not in line with the kind of customer service you’d expect from a business in this community.

More concerning, however, was the behavior of the owner. Ive had two interactions with him where he spoke to me in a way that was dismissive, condescending, and frankly degrading—something no customer, especially women, should have to tolerate. It was unprofessional and extremely off-putting.

There are plenty of other nurseries that value their customers and treat them with respect. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
