I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ground Force and their team! I’m particular we have received the most incredible customer service from Gareth our project manager. He has been so nice and helpful and checks in often to ensure that everything is going as expected and to see if we have any questions or concerns. We lost our home in the Spring 2023 wildfires and our landscaping plus the natural forest around our home was devestated. Due to the busy home construction market in Halifax so often we have really had to struggle to find companies who do exactly what they say they are going to do, exactly when they say they will do it but Ground Force has consistently been reliable and timely for every stage of our project, from removing dead and damaged plants, planting large trees, planting smaller trees/shrubs, redoing our garden beds, and laying all our sod. Their prices were also among the best we had quoted and they were open to sourcing plants for us directly or working with us and local nurseries to find the perfect plants we were trying to replace. At the end of an extensive job Gareth showed up with a gift of some sunflower plants to say thank you and to add one more splash of color to our landscaping. We truly felt valued as clients and feel very relieved to have a big project done so well! Thank you to Gareth, all the direct landscaping team members, and even the quoting department! We have enjoyed working with you and appreciate your amazing service and quality work!

We just had a recent landscape project completed by Ground Force Property management services. The process was smooth and professionally done from the quoting, scheduling to work completion. The team that did all the work were thorough, professional and very conscientious with everything they did. It was a pleasure to have them at our property and doing all the hard work to complete and give us a beautiful back yard. Thanks to the team (Artyom, Francis, Gareth, Luke and Max) for all the hard work and great suggestions to make the project a success. The finished wall, steps and patio make the backyard an oasis to enjoy into the future.

This is by far the worst landscaping and snow removal company I have ever seen.
As directed, I moved my vehicle between the hours of 9am-5pm to allow for the lot to be cleaned. Upon returning, my parking spot looked as though it had never been touched. Two foot drifts of snow on both driver side and passenger side. Good enough, I’ll shovel it myself.
As for landscaping, this company makes our building look like the Island of Misfit Toys. The buildings around us have beautifully manicured lawns, and then there is ours. A complete hack job with half the lawn still up to your shins. Spend the extra money and get a quality company to do your work. Avoid at all cost.

Very impressed with this company after our experience landscaping our back yard. We had arranged for some excavation work, but once George arrived, we realized that we got so much more than just an operator. George was a professional who not only took great care to protect our lawn and tree limbs which he expertly navigated around, but also offered some really great advice on some planting we were doing which was above and beyond what we expected. We very much appreciated how knowledgeable he was and his attention to detail. He also was very pleasant and engaged with our kids who were curious about the big machine in the backyard. Thank you to Ground Force for helping our backyard dreams come true!

We used Ground Force Property Services to build a wood retainer, gravel pad as well as level and clean up the property. Gareth was attentive and knowledgeable about the best way to proceed with the project and offered cost effective and creative solutions. He communicated with us at every stage of the project and worked within our budget. The crew he brought was highly skilled and extremely hard working (thank you Steve, Nate and Jack). The level of service and design considerations have been far above anyone. The entire team was professional, down to earth and pleasure to work with it. Ground Force landscaped my front lawn, installed a new stone walk way as well as two retaining walls. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the experience. I trusted their expertise with choosing the products and was very pleased with their selections. The workers were respectful, professional, on time and easy to communicate with. The pricing was fair. I’ve recommended Ground Force to my friends, family and real estate clients and will continue to do so.

You guys are terrible at plowing snow. Train your drivers, they literally look like kids playing with toys and then leave my residential lot absolutely disgusting, you should be embarrassed by the quality of work. Oh and the 1 handicap parking spot is not the best place to pile snow

The drivers for this company are complete maniacs!! No concern for anyone's safety, not even their own. If I'm doing 110km/hr on the 103 their is NO reason to have a large truck with a plow blade come flying up on me and ride my tail with only a couple feet between. And this is with an open passing lane. Their drivers obviously do not care about the companies image as the logo is in big letters on the side of their truck and they were trying to pull intimidation tactics on the road. If you value your property I would suggest staying away from a company that employees people with these types of standards.
