We did a fair amount of research prior to choosing a beef producer. We wanted one that was local (Southern Alberta based), ethical and offered good value. HRB covered all those points and much more. Our experience from the very beginning was excellent. Tayla (our contact) was responsive, helpful and enthusiastic about her family's products. This may be hard to believe but it was less than 10 hours from the time of our first query to Tayla to when we were loading up our freezers! And, she personally delivered the meat! I realize that the "stars did align' on that day to facilitate this same day delivery but honestly we were blown away! But let's be honest. Even with exceptional service one must have a very good product to keep a customer. Well I'm happy to say that after a few weeks of sampling everything from Hale's ground beef, steaks, roasts and ribs we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the meat. There has not been one single complaint from any member of the family and we are meat connoisseurs. This is the best meat we have had period. So the Hale family is doing it right. We (Alberta) need this family and their products now more than ever. There is literally no downside to purchasing your meat from this producer and only tons of upside. You cannot find better value (translation, it is cheaper pound for pound than any traditional option), the quality is second to none (translation, every cut is flavorful and excellent) and the service is outstanding (translation, they stand behind their product and make sure they are attentive at all stages of interaction). We are so pleased to have chosen Hale Ranch Beef and they have earned our loyalty. The only negative I can think of is that the meat is literally flying out of our freezers! I guess we'll be making another call to Tayla sooner than we thought lol. But make no mistake, we will be making that call.

If you want great tasting beef this is the place to go. Purchased a half beef and the customer service was awesome and the beef tastes amazing! You can sure tell they take pride in what they do.
