I would give no stars if I could. The owner's son has fair customer service no complaints with him. But one time some other guy was on cash, middle age guy which super poor service. Bad attitude. Rude tone of voice. He representing the meat shop, shouldn't be acting the way he was acting. That's what happens when your boss is not around? I actually just walked out and gave my business elsewhere and never went back.

Hands down the best meat in burnaby, perfect for hot pot , Korean BBQ and won't hurt your wallet.

Avoid going there during weekends or near holiday, long waiting time.

Word of mouth really works. Got referred here from a friend who said you gotta check this place out specifically if you want to do hot pot or Korean BBQ at home.

As other people have noted, lineups can get super crazy. There is a one customer/family limit in the store so that is where the bottle neck occurs. I went at 230 on a sunday and was 5th in line, took 10 minutes. But 5 minutes later, it was 15 families deep. Basically it's safe to say it's generally busy so be prepared to wait.

Ordered two marinated meats and they are stored in these pre sealed containers. Korean BBQ ribs and tenderized pork. Both were super good and tender. Very satisfied. No bone shards like you might get once in awhile if you go T&T. Prices are reasonable and competitive with those major stores.

The service was good. They were super nice as I had never been there before and explained where everything was. They also threw in some beef bones for free for spending a certain amount.

My only beef (pardon the pun) with this places is that the complex can be pretty chaotic during any times and I can't imagine rush hour time being very fun. So parking can be a challenge.

Would definitely come back and stock up for future hot pots.

Definitely one of the best butcher place in burnaby!

Supreme quality at afford pricing! For example, beef tongue’s pricing is equivalent 70% off to what most Korean or Japanese restaurant would sell, and plus they are SUPER fresh!

My destination Togo place whenever I’m hosting BBQ party!

Very bad service today! I have been shopping here for years. The lady staff seems to been having a bad day and just refused everything I asked for, everything is a NO and unwilling to help at all.
I purchased a $70 box of meat and I couldn’t choose the lean meat ! She refused to change another box for me! Also when I got home, I found out this time is not really fresh as before! ( now I know why she didn’t want to give me a exchange)
Very subpar experience today.
