Best experience with packaged, fresh vegetables except for romaine lettuce - which I think is an alien in stasis. A little more expensive than stock spinach but it last longer and is of a higher quality. Lasts as long as 2 weeks after purchase when I often get my procrastination moments and do not cook in timely manner. Would suggest it is a true bargain in pre-washed prepared veggie section. My first choice in spinach at Food Basics.

In looking for some new products to add more fresh produce to our family menu, I chose four items to try; riced cauliflower, butternut squash spirals, sweet potato sheets and broccoli slaw. I was really pleased with all of these items, mostly for the same reasons. The packaging sizes were generous and perfect for a family of four, the quality of the produce was excellent, fresh and flavourful. I enjoyed scrolling through the recipes and trying some new things with these items. I would have taken pictures, but the dishes were devoured so quickly, I didn't have a chance! I particularly enjoyed the riced cauliflower and it was a perfect side for salmon along with the broccoli slaw. I want to order the riced cauliflower again to make something with some lemon and herbs! I highly recommend these products...if you're thinking about ordering, don't hesitate!

Harvest Fresh products are quick, easy and convenient. They’re great for weeknight cooking, since you don’t have to clean or cut the veggies yourself. Our family is particularly fond of the sweet potato sheets (they make a great lasagna) and the pre-mixed salads.

The vegetables are always in good shape - so far we haven noticed any browning or mush, like you sometimes see with other brands. I’d definitely recommend these products for people who want to have more veg in their diet, but don’t enjoy the extra work of prepping them.

I am a first time product user of Harvest Fresh and decided to tryout the spinach, stringed Kohlrabi and beets. Crisp farm fresh are the three simple words which come to mind for these vegetables. Sometimes I ate them raw out of the bag or sometimes I did a light stir fry with some other veggies. I loved the string shredded veggies because it made it so easy to cut and prepare without having to peel slice etc... It's a great way to get creative with your cooking too. I couldn't be more satisfied with taste and freshness.

I just bought both the spinach and the rainbow salad and I am so impressed with both products. This is the freshest spinach I have ever purchased - and it has lasted the longest! The leaves were crisp and green, and delicious with my favorite raspberry dressing! Likewise, the rainbow salad was colourful and wholesome and delicious! I will be buying more Harvest Fresh product!

As the sole cook in our two person house, I was getting very bored with my usual meals but every time I wanted to try something new I ended up with too many leftover ingredients. I decided to try Harvest Fresh and was thrilled! The riced cauliflower was delicious and a new favourite with my husband and I. The teriyaki stir fry mix was JUST the right amount and I added steak to the recipe......another keeper! The sweet potato slices were a flavourful addition to my lasagna recipe and the rainbow salad is delicious. Everything was top quality and fresh and well packaged to stay fresh in the fridge. They will definitely stay on my shopping list from now on. A COVID win!!!

Picked up some spiral butternut squash for this weekends' Thanksgiving dinner side dish option. Added some nutmeg to the butternut squash spirals while sauteing it and oh my..what a great taste and a nice addition to share with my family. Everyone loved it. Will be buying this product again and looking forward to trying the zucchini spirals too! Thanks!

I made the butternut squash sheets into a lasagna tonight! It turned out fabulous although I think I might partially cook the sheets next time to cut down on the baking time! It was a wonderful addition to my lasagna repertoire!

I also made the cauliflower rice into a “fried rice“ to go along with some Keto orange chicken...delicious! Will definitely make this again!
