The pork hock i bought recently was rather dry. I will buy again in two three months to see if there is improvement or i will have to drop it.

I will never purchase another harvest product again, had a whole ham yesterday October 6 and half was all fat, garlic sausage and sausages in general loaded with fillers and fat, very disappointing

Hello Harvest Foods, My husband has always been a fan of your great weiners so when I saw your sausage I was looking fwd to trying it. The content looked great as did the density of the sausage.. I was very disappointed when I actually tried two of the 3 pkgs as they both had a back flavour of weiners and not the sausage flavour I was expecting. I was wondering if the equipment you were using was used for producing the weiners or some such thing. Anywa, I hope that the next time I try the sausage, the flavour will be different. Sincerely, B. The Farmer Sausages are convenient due to the fact they are precooked and you get your monies worth in terms of the size and how many are in the package (family size). You really notice the double smoked flavour and to those that are not used to smoked meats be ready for it but enjoy it. overall good flavour and product quality. Seems like a nice family run business in small town Saskatchewan just working away and trying to do good. I would recommend, well done.

I have tried alot of different meats from this company. I love the farmers sausage although lately has been way to salty. My favorite is the back bacon ulsliced. It is perfect . Not too salty and melts in your mouth. I am hooked on it. Will continue to buy it.
