I've been ordering for a few weeks now and love it! All portions are perfectly sized and taste absolutely delicious. Friends and family who have sampled some of my meals have had the same sentiments! Such a quality service and I feel lucky to have access to it! Highly Recommend!

All I can say is Healthy Eats is amazing. I have been searching for MONTHS for a meal prep company that fits all the boxes of clean, low sodium, good portions, local company and decent variety. Healthy Eats checked all those boxes and my dietitian recommended them over all of the companies. I couldn't be happier with the service and the food. You can taste the quality and care that this company has in what they are preparing for you. I LOVE the way they do their vegetables and their meats are top-notch. Their sauces are super clean and pack flavour. My personal favourite is the Spicy Thai Sauce. The website is easy to navigate, selecting meals are a breeze and delivery is a smooth process. I will be a long-term customer going forward and I'm looking forward to the next menu rotation! I'm glad I took the leap of faith to try these guys because I'm that much further along in reaching my health and wellness goals. Can't thank you enough Healthy Eats team!

I ordered for the first time based on the reviews. Got a weeks worth of beef shawarma, chicken with maple Dijon, and chicken with maple.

The food is all fantastic, warms up perfectly, and the chicken is actually juicy. I was worried I would wind up with cardboard as my meal prep sometimes does that, but zero issues.

Their delivery service was prompt, sent updates, and dropped off with photo proof.

This will be my go to meal service for the next year that I am here. Will update as I try more of the menu.

2nd Delivery: again arrived perfectly on time. Updated packing with easier macro breakdown.
Huge fan of the new things on the menu.

I have been ordering meals for my son every week since October 2022 and I wish I thought about it sooner. My son is in his 3rd year at Western and even though he enjoys cooking, these meals are life savers for him. Pros: preparation takes minutes, meals smell and taste like at home, made from scratch, healthy, fresh, simply delicious plus our son can spend more time studying. Cons: none. We are grateful for the owner, Luke. It is his personal attention to individual customers that build our trust and appreciation that will keep us happy+ the meals are truly mouthwatering. Wishing Luke my very best in his wonderful and successful business and hoping that the meals will keep coming for the people in London.

SO GOOD! These meals have been a life saver to me, not only as a busy mom, but as an athlete who values delicious, healthy food. The delivery service is a huge bonus and makes eating healthy accessible for everyone. I'm pretty picky about what goes on my plate and not a single meal has let me down yet - highly recommend!

Recommended eathealthyeats by a co-worker who is is relatives with the owner. I am glad to support such a quality local business and one with a healthy approach to living. I just began my gym journey again since before the pandemic, and this is a great addition to help me get back on track.

My favourites so far - chicken maple dijon, salmon carolina gold, and chicken kung pao.
