Our experience with their newly opened kitchen was really disappointing. We got power bowel mexican salad at a full price and salad duo squash and quinoa at 50% off.

I don’t understand how a full-priced salad is lesser of a quality than a discounted product. The lettuce was on the bottom so we didn’t realized that they were pink until we got home and poured it in a different bowl.
If you see pink discolouration in lettuce, it means it’s been sittting in the fridge for a long time and you shouldn’t be using it all for a so called “fresh salad”.

I emailed healthy planet support, but not a single response. We’ll be never purchasing from their kitchen again.

I enjoy having a decaf latte with oat milk—it’s both delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, I’ve been really pleased with their salads, samosas, pakoras, and cookies; they all have a great flavor. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. It’s one of my all time favourite stores. The prices are really good compared to other stores and they usual always have great deals going on. I love buying my oils from here, supplements, snacks and so much more! They have the best organic tofu at such a reasonable price. The staff here are very welcoming and knowledgeable! I just love healthy planet ?

Nabila and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The team here is attentive and they work hard to provide customer focused solutions to inquiries. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Produce selection is small but the prices are good and the products are always fresh. Supplement selection is excellent, with full line selection for many high quality and best brands. Gluten free selection is good and keto selections are increasing. Frozen and refrigerated foods are competitively priced with a good selection.

As a regular customer I really appreciate their sale selection and rewards program.
I highly recommend this location. They are easy to find and close to the 403. Parking is ample. Staff are wonderful if you need assistance to your vehicle or order ahead for contact free pick up. Watch for in-store events.
Looking forward to the expanded store coming soon.

A special shout out to Nabila. Her customer service is exemplary. She makes each person feel valued with compassion and care. It is such a rare find in today’s retail environment. Thank you Nabila!!

Truly all around awful. It has a really bad smell. Not natural. Pumice chunks were very rough on the body. Not hydrating or moisturizing at all. I came out of the shower dry and irritated and needed apricot oil to sooth my arms and legs. Really awful product. I was looking forward to something with so many good reviews but it really isn’t. Bought at Healthy Planet for an inflated price and they wont return or refund. So now it’s a throwaway. It came with a recommendation from the sales clerk which makes it worse. Such a disappointing experience. When I came back to the store the clerk gave me a big speech about Beauty products being final sale and she could do nothing. I got the “I just work here” line and so I left. That isn’t good customer service so I wont be back. I can buy what I need elsewhere, like Noahs or the Health Shoppe. They are super friendly and accommodating at both these stores and I’ve had better experiences with the same prices

Unique experience today at a store that usually is a great place to shop.

Asking for help from one of the staff, she seamed put off and vague with her answer. Just strange.

Ordering a coffee was just plain weird. Had to repeat ourselves 4 times and yes... they still got it wrong. Coffee tasted great though! Nice clean café!

Then... nothing huge. We forgot our $5 off coupon that we got in the mail. Asked if they could or would honor it. Nope. This is after spending 200 bucks.

Hate complaining but when things hit you in 3s ... it leaves a not so good experience.

On a good note, the new layout looks fantastic ?
