During my visit to Healthy Planet today, I was on the lookout for Wild Yam Cream, also known as Yam Cream. However, upon entering the store, we were met with silence – no greeting extended our way. Despite wandering around, we received no assistance whatsoever. Just as we were contemplating seeking help, an employee with long, curly black hair, who had been standing nearby, abruptly turned and walked off.

At this point, my partner called out with an "excuse me," but much to our surprise, the mentioned employee responded by rolling their eyes before reluctantly turning around. When we inquired about the cream, the response we received was rather disheartening: "I don't know anything about creams." We were advised to head to the cash register and make our inquiry there.

Approaching an employee at the cash register, I encountered someone who was not only helpful but also well-informed regarding my queries. It's important to recognize that a single individual's negative behavior can significantly impact the public's perception of a business. No purchase was made today, and if we need to shop, we will visit the Ajax location.

Have been going to this location for over 4 years. The customer service is excellent, and I usually find my products at this location. I purchase a variety of items from organic hairspray to coconut water. Go browsing, and you will find some good deals.

I always come to this to buy my vitamins ver 200.00 but I am very disappointed by these two ladies Aisha and Farhana I have simply asked them if they could help me to show me the organic body wash, they were looking at each other and said they don’t know and asked me to “go and read them all and find” I replied aren’t you guys working here you guys don’t about your product? And she came after me asking me to leave cuz I told her to help me find the product which was very rude and while at the counter she asked my name and I denied it than she started mumbling swearing at me in their own language and I know completely their language that’s was very unprofessional and I feel bad for the owner lack of product knowledge he is losing customers and his staff asked me to not come anymore which is fine I can go do my purshase somehwere else but this is such a big loss of the owner I am a business owner and I suggest Mr Paul train his staffs well about the products and educate them do not talk back to clients instead solve the problem and willing to help. They both didn’t even come out of counter to show me Aisha came after me asked me to leave instead, I haven’t even said anything. Very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone to get disrespected

Amazing location. Katherine spent close to an hour with me answering every question I had, but also providing incredible insight and knowledge of the benefits of several of their products. She also provided knowledge about my body that I will benefit from for years to come in addition to recommendations for family members. I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend this location and ask for Katherine!

One of the medium sized stores I have visited, but they had everything I needed! Love the franchise, they seem to care lots of people’s health. They have many vegan options and sustainable products. I would recommend at least a visit here.

They have coconut keifer! I have not seen anywhere else. Great alternative to dairy one. Best wishes.

Very friendly staff! I was there today and unfortunately they were dealing with an extremely disrespectful customer, however they handled it professionally. Would highly recommend this location!
