This is the second year I have ordered trees from HELP to plant myself. No issues what so ever. Rodney is very helpful with any questions I had and gave lots of helpful info. Will be ordering more in the future and recommend them to anybody looking for trees.

I would warn people using this company. If i could give zero stars i would. The owner was very unprofessional in how he deals with clients. very unorganized and scatter brained. We agreed upon a price for a shelter belt install, and after it was completed he changed the price to his benefit. He adding in cost without ever discussing it with the client, just put it on the invice. Planting program was supposed to be completed in 1 day and after a 14 hour day it was still not completed. They came unprpared for the job, machinery was not in wokring order and did not have all the parts to complete our irrigation system. I had to spend the entire next day finishing the irrigation install myslef. He also didnt bring enough supply of the trees we ordered and we had to changed which tress we planted. And as if things couldnt get worse, he manipulated the other client that was involvoed to get paid extra money, then only refunded back what he felt was right. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SHELTER BELT INSTALL
