I really like this location of Herc's nutrition, well stocked, great variety staff are friendly. I really like their Allmax creatinine HCL 750mg capsules. Doesn't cause any stomach symptoms and don't have to drink a ton of fluids. They have good pre-workouts and protein selection.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Carly, she was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Her customer service was top notch and she is definitely a gem! I hope management sees this and they can rest easy knowing that Carly is taking amazing care of the clientele. I used to go to the appleby line location as it was closer to my gym but their customer service has taken a sharp decline recently. Although it is a further drive for me I will continue to return to this location!

Terrible customer service. Had a deal going on of protein buy two get one free and they had the protein available so I asked if I could try a bit of the vanilla flavour to make sure I liked it since eventually I would be taking 3 protein bags of that flavour. The lady said they charged $2.50 to try a flavour. Whattt ? I don’t need a protein shake I just want to try flavour what a rip off you are better off going elsewhere

Love their shakes, I bought 2 5 pound bags of protein and was able to exchange one for another flavour since it was unopened without any hassle.

I called ahead of time to see if they had any vegan protein to make a shake with before I made my way over since I was from out of town she said yes I have vanilla so I said great. I’ll be right there. (Whey hurts my tummy) Then I got there and she had forgotten to mention they didn’t have any oat milk or almond milk, so she had to make it with water. Needless to say I was disappointed but accepted it anyways. When it came time to pay - she gave it to me for free and apologized for the inconvenience.
(As well as a free shaker cup)
I was blown away. I am a Customer Service Trainer -, and location gets five stars for exceeding my expectations and exceptional customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
