c'est un endroit insolite qui regroupe une auberge de jeunesse, un ranch mais aussi des promenades à cheval dans le parc national de Riding moutain. l'accueil est chaleureux le dortoir est propre et est bien agencé, il y a tout ce qui faut dans la cuisine. si vous cherchez un endroit calme, loin de la foule avec vue sur les chevaux le matin, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. En tout cas pour moi c’était mon petit paradis au manitoba. Petit point négatif : le wifi pas toujours de grande qualité mais ça permet aussi de débrancher !

Me and my husband took a half day trail ride and it was amazing! This is a family run operation and their horses are amazing! I didn't know the extent of the trail system on this side of Riding Mtn and it was beautiful and so peaceful. Except for the people hiking with their dog that was not impressed to see us but the horses handled it like pros! Highly recommend!

Very tranquil and picturesque view to enjoy. The 2 dogs were so playful and we loved seeing the beautiful horses in the morning . The staff had a thoughtful plate of desserts at check in and card. thanks for the great stay on our way to Riding Mtn!

The location was lovely, horses were fabulous, but the ride was kinda boring. |It was nothing like website described, like herding cattle, we walked through them in single file the whole ride was like that. |The guide unless asked a question never said a word, about the ranch or anything. |With all the open space we didn’t even trot or anything. The guide even scolded my mate coz her horse wanted to trot up a hill! I mean it was meant to be one of the highlights of our trip. |Also pic they posted on their page the comment was a dig at us which I think was quite rude.|Being on horseback was great but we wouldn’t go there again as we didn’t get the ride that we were expecting.

We stayed at the 9 Finger Ranch on the weekend of August 13 and had a great time. Our family group of 24 rented out both cabins. The rooms were much more spacious than they look on the internet.||||Twenty of us went horseback riding with them (13 for the one hour ride, 4 for the two hour ride, and 3 children for the 1/2 hour Children's ride) and had a great time on their scenic trails. The 4 of us who went on the two hour ride were treated to great views of the rolling hills on their property. For the one and two hour rides, the ages of our riders went from 9 to 56.||||The kitchen was well equipped as we took turns cooking for 24 - there were enough pots, pans,dishes and cutlery for all. We also enjoyed playing pool, darts and ping pong in their barn loft and flying our kites, tossing around a football and playing soccer in the open spaces on their property. The kids also played Jenga - one of the complimentary games they have in the cabins||||The highlight of every day was gathering around the fire pit cooking hot dogs and Smores and then watching the night sky. They sell firewood on site.||||The sky was clear for 2 of our evenings there and the stars were so bright - something you never see in the city. We were lucky to watch the meteor shower under those clear skies.||||If going to the ranch, remember to bring towels and toiletries (we did). They have hand towels but no bath towels.
