We visited Hillcrest Animal Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a kind, caring, and friendly Veterinarian. The Team was wonderful to interact with and Dr. Ethan Egli was very helpful in explaining the procedure my cat required and answered all my questions in such a reassuring manner. I appreciated his direct and concise approach. The Reception staff was able to answer our questions and book us in to a busy schedule considering we were driving there from Thunder Bay. Definitely a top notch group of professionals and I'm thankful that they were available to help us.

We recently had an excellent experience with Hillcrest Animal Clinic, and Dr. Bobby Egli. There are no vets available in Thunder Bay, so we were very thankful to get in at Hillcrest in Dryden for a neutering, vaccination, and microchip appointment. We were able to get in within a few weeks of calling them.

All of the staff were really nice and accommodating for us with our long travel day. Our cat was given enough take home medication for any pain/inflammation and has had an easy and normal recovery. Thanks again to the team at Hillcrest!

Our cats, dogs and livestock are all cared for at Hillcrest Vet Clinic. I can't say enough good things about the clinic. They give excellent and informed care to our animals, and I really appreciate how straightforward and practical the advice is. I always learn something new from Dr. Egli as he explains what he's doing and his observations. On top of the care, the prices are incredibly reasonable. In the past I've felt taken advantage at vet clinics where the advice just seemed geared toward the most expensive tests and treatments. I never have to worry about that with Hillcrest. Open, honest and affordable care that we are grateful for. Keep up the excellent work!

We had an emergency with our dog, Thunder Bay vets refused services. I called on a Sunday after recommendations from people online. There was no hesitation, come on in! I drove 5 hours to get there and there you were! Not only did my dog get looked at, she got a urinalysis, antibiotics AND both of my dogs got exam, dewormer and full set shots! So I wouldn't have to make a trip back for a bit! Till it's time to have my pup fixed. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was kind and gentle. This was my first experience there. I will definitely return. The long drive is well worth it! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!

Dr Bobby Egli and his staff looked after our cat Austin and did a phenomenal Job! The staff were very accommodating and every customer that walked in was so happy and cheery with the staff, like close friends. No one could take care of Austin in Thunder Bay because they are overwhelmed with patients, so bad that doctors are sleeping in their offices, they recommended Hillcrest in Dryden. These kind souls from Hillcrest took us in right away. Austin had a bad tumor that they removed with such care and Austin acted as if he knew them as old friends as well. Dr Bobby Egli is a guru when it comes to animals and Austin trusted him all the way, amazing! We were so pleased with their professionalism but most of all, with their pet and people skills. Certainly helped so much and did this while they were all under construction…Bravo to all of you!
