I had a terrible experience with Home Depot’s online furniture return policy. If there’s a defect with your order, they won’t come to your home to pick it up even though that’s what you’re paying the fee for. Instead, they expect you to move the heavy furniture yourself, regardless of how difficult that might be and bring it outside close to their truck.

It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money and time. The fact that they have the tools, dolly, and manpower but still refuse to help shows how flawed and customer unfriendly their policy is.

This kind of service is exactly how companies lose loyal customers. I will never shop here again and will make sure my friends and family know about this experience too. I do not recommend Home Depot to anyone, -0/10.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave plenty of good advice and recommendations for building projects. The wood cutting station is always manned and willing to do multiple cuts at a reasonable price. I will go out of my way to visit this store every time for my supplies.

Over the past 12 years I have bought everyday use household stuff for personal and business projects. The paint department has been flawless on matching paint based of samples I brought in. Key cutting has always been perfect and now there is a do it yourself station. I have ordered online and picked up in person and returns on anything have always been hassle free. Lots of parking and other stores near by if you need any other shopping done

First time to Home Depot is a great pleasure. We need to sort out some essential items for the new condo. They have a great selection of everything from kitchen hardware to bathroom caddies. Lovely plants also make a difference. Staff are nice and helpful.

This store truly stands out from the rest! The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making every visit a pleasure. **Eric** in the hardware department is particularly exceptional - his vast knowledge and passion shine through in the way he guides customers with patience and expertise, much like a teacher. Although this store is a bit out of our way, we make the extra trip because of the outstanding service and staff, like Eric, who make it well worth the visit.

Clean. I needed a few things. Too many people were giving me the wrong directions to find my products. (Men). Then a lady approached me and I said what I was looking for. Not only did she tell me where it was but she took me there. That's customer service!! Ahhaha ask a woman, always.

Had a large drywall delivery today, and the third of the order was bashed damaged with the forklift. I called in over half a dozen times and nobody ever called me back once to sort this out. Don’t order anything from the store for delivery unless you want damaged garbage delivered
