Nice little local farm with tons of apples to pick yourself. It was fairly busy but we easily managed to fill both our bags in less than an hour. There's also lots of premade tasty treats and ready to go apple bags.

We enjoyed our time with apple picking, playing on the playground, and visiting the store at Homestead. The apple brownie was a hur! This is a great, family-friendly option for apple picking in York Region. Just be aware that the last time to starting picking apples is about 30 min to an hour before closing.

Homestead Orchards is an enriching community hub for Georgina. They offer a space in nature for families to connect, learn about how their food is grown, and purchase delicious baked goods, frozen meals, preserves, and more. Their variety of product is amazing, especially considering the great quality of it all. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly

If you’re looking for a relaxing and low energy family outing, consider apple picking! Alternatively, if you’re hoping for the fresh apples and goodies without the time commitment, stop inside the barn for some pre-picked apples and to grab your goodies

They offer tractor rides, mazes during the autumn months for children, a playground, and tractors to explore

Beautiful local apple orchard, with preserves, baked goods, and other local treats. Come here every week during apple season, place for kids to play and the apple caramel blondies are phenomenal....

A place that came highly recommended to me by a lot of locals. I must say that, it did not disappoint either!

I grabbed myself some of their cider and apple brownies (the no chocolate ones) and was very glad I made time for a visit. Previously, I've never had the chance to try fresh cider and now I don't want to ever go back to store-bought. The apple brownies were also deliciously baked and moist in the centre. Just as those two items were recommended to me, I would say the same to others.

If you have the chance to make a trip to that area, it's well worth the extra stop!

Absolutely love this place! It hasn’t changed since I started coming here 20 years ago. The family that owns it is amazing, the apples are the best I’ve ever had, and the cider is to die for! The baked goods and jams are great additions too. Highly recommend!
