I used Souraya at House of Blooms for the first time yesterday, to deliver flowers to my Son and Daughter-in-Law, on the arrival of their baby girl, my Granddaughter. Not living in Calgary myself, I had to rely on the Florist choosing and designing the picture-perfect arrangement, without input from me, other than colour choices.
Souraya produced a stunning arrangement of pink and white flowers, as I requested, and even though I didn’t ask for them, included some cute “baby girl” picks in the arrangement as well.
She was very friendly and helpful to deal with over the phone, making various suggestions, without trying to up-sell me to spend more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again, next time I need to send flowers to someone in Calgary.

I've been ordering from House of Blooms for the past two years and absolutely love the flowers and service. My wife is blown away every time I order an arrangement, all her friends and family compliment the flowers. The flowers are always so beautiful , you can't find these types of arrangements anywhere else. The order process is super easy and Souraya helps make every order unique and special. I love that she delivers when needed and you don't have to go through a phone company with a 4 hour window gap for delivery. 10/10 recommend this company for your next flower order, you won't be disappointed!

Souraya is kind and knowledgable, an overall great person to do business with. She did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding florals and exceeded my expectations. I am shocked with how amazing my experience was with House of Blooms. Needing a last minute floral arrangement for moms Bday (from across the country) I had to put my trust in Soraya. She was amazing, from the time spent customising the arrangement, to the card and even driving into the country to deliver... INCREDIBLE. Mom has never seen such beautiful flowers, and I couldn't be happier. EXCEPT I could... Mom called yesterday to say, almost 3 weeks later, much of her arrangement is still vibrant and alive and beautiful.

Souraya’s arrangements are creative, beautiful and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into them.

The Center pieces and arrangements she created for my mom’s 85th birthday party were amazing! My mom loved them as they were full of all things pink, including her favourite peonies.
