Today My wife, "Mariya-love," and I re-insured our home with Agassiz's HUB branch. It was the 1st time we dealt with Agassiz's HUB Insurance, since we live in Hope. I must say, everyone in that office were super friendly. My wife and I are seniors and we were so treated with kindness and respect. We loved Amelia for her professionalism who looked after us. Everything was already done when we walked into her office, and all of our questions were immediately answered. Agassiz's HUB is awesome!

I renewed my drivers license on November 7 24. The postal strike happened and I thought my ID was stuck in the mail. A month later to postal strike is over. I wait 2 more weeks no ID in the mail. I go to the DMV and John looks into it. Turns out my sister impersonated me when she didn’t pay transit fare in Surrey. I had an outstanding ticket to pay or no drivers License. I only have 30 days left until my intern drivers license expires. He was really helpful directing me towards resources to get the ticket cancelled and my Drivers License back.

I had renewed my driver's license at the beginning of January and then a couple of weeks later I received a letter from ICBC saying that a mistake had been made on my renewal. I went back into the office with the letter from ICBC and I want to say thank you for much for finding and fixing the problem with my renewal. A very wonderful team that works there. Thank you so much for making it all so easy 👍

BRENDA - go see her she was great! Had my wallet stolen and she got my Drivers License/BC Services Card/BC ID all sorted out in about 10 minutes. Interms in hand ✋️! Way to make a traumatic experience far less!!

Wanted cheaper insurance and pay first monthly payment in advance. They decided take make my payment make the rest of the year cheaper so i had to pay twice for the month!! Thanks I owe my bank

These people go out of their way to help us…not just us. Anyone walked in the door were greeted very pleasantly. You don’t feel like you are being rushed they take the time to help you.
