In the spring I got some liver, asked for it to be sliced thin 1/4 - 3/8 inch thick, my husband and I have been enjoying it so much, it cooks quick, tastes is great, and is so tender, melts in your mouth. Thank you so much for the great service and great products you sell. We will be back soon.

I love that the staff is knowledgeable about the products and even how they are cooked. I was asked to cook a roast for my mother in laws 75th birthday and was so nervous. I told the staff how I usually cook and a little about me and from the I was suggested to cook a chuck roast. So that’s what I went with they seasoned it and helped me with tips 9n how to cook it. This was a 10lbs the main dish for supper. I was so anxious but followed their instructions and some from my friend google. I braised it on all sides and pour the remainder of the seasoned butter on top and then added a nice merlo, onions, celery and carrots just around the roast in a tight roaster. Cooked @ 300 degrees for the first 4hrs then gave it a based and then at the 8th hour rested it covered still until it was rest to be eaten. I drained the juices to make the Auju wow it didn’t even need it. My anxiety went away once I heard the compliments. Walked in told a little story and the suggestion was a success. I will be buying a chuck roast again. Thank you to all the staff who helped me. I wish I had taken a photo. It was the most perfect roast I have ever seen and moist.

I found Hubs meats to be a great butcher shop. Very clean and friendly environment with some of the best meats I've had with an excellent choice of variety. I highly recommend their Greek ribblets and their smoked mesquite steak!. There staff was very friendly towards me and my other half and willing to awnswer any questions we had, I'm not sure where Mr. Weber gets his review from.

I really enjoy getting meat here my favorite cut of meat is the pork chops with there secret spice, everytime I go in there I am always greeted by everyone and everyone is very nice! Keep up the great work!
