To make the story short, I had the best experience at Igloo, from 3D planning to picking the right equipment that suits my store plan, to delivery and after sale service. I dealt with Morteza and Serwan. Great guys. They had answers to all my questions, even answers for my contractors and very detailed technical specs.
I will always recommend Igloo for any grocery store, bakery, butcher, cafe, restaurant etc…

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased 2 display coolers brand new in May 2022. Every 4-6 months the coolers break down, and there is some issue. Service calls were being done (5-6 calls in the past 2 years!!) until 3-4 months ago when I was informed by Lucas (a manager at the time, or perhaps related to the owner), that Igloo was bankrupt and closing down, and that service calls were no longer being done.
Extremely disappointing to hear this as they sold me TWO broken subpar coolers, that to date still do not function correctly. One constantly leaks gas, the other has issues with the temperature and consistently stops cooling down. Major compressor issues and it needs replacement already - something thay shouldn't give problems with a brand new cooler. Picture attached of the cooler sitting at 23.8C when it should be no higher than 5C. A waste of nearly $20k.
Whats even more confusing is the "new" owners replying to reviews that bankruptcy is "fake news". If it's fake, then why was my warranty void? Why can't you continue the service calls for the defective products you sold to me

Verry bad experience here specially the lady in the reception, don’t even want to sell. Unprofessional never come back again. There is a lot of equipment supply around the area.

After a disappointing experience after receiving my meat display Sameer did whatever he could to make sure he did not lose a customer.

I thought I would never shop here again but Sameer as a Sales Manager( was my former sales rep) earned my business again.

Honestly , I never go back once I say I'm done but this time I did and the service just keeps on improving.

Sameer in the manager role has definitely improved igloo way of doing business and I highly recommend seeing him when making large purchases .

We had such a great experience working with Igloo Food Equipment while building our food truck! Our sales rep, Mike - was terrific and constantly went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal and that everything was delivered, set up, and converted accurately. Definitely a positive experience!!! Be sure to go to Igloo and ask for Mike - especially if you're building a food truck!

Stay away from igloo! Pay More Get your products from somewhere who gives real Customer Service! Not who act yes we care about our customers! You want to know why!? Read the below

Their Products Quality is below Zero!

- Meat Slicer:
When we slice deli, meat goes inside the slicer, and you cannot clean it, it smells like a dead body!

- Dough Mixer:
They told me its for pastry not for Pizza Dough! Why? Because pizza dough is hard and made weekly! I told them we make our dough daily! Which is soft! They told me ok then you should be fine!
And now after one month, every couple days we find a screw inside our dough which dropped from the mixer! Its keeps dropping oil! The belt keep scratching! They send technition to our store, he checked the mixer and said mixer has a problem! When its working even without dough inside it belt scratch and moves a lot! At that time they told me they will change the mixer! But when i went to their store they totally changed the report and told me no we cannot change it! You have to put less flour inside! And we only filled half a bowl! If i was supposed to fill less than half a bowl, why i should get a 40Q Mixer? I uploaded the pictures of mixer here! You can see what a garbage it is!
They told me if we want to exchange it we will deduct 30% restocking fee! I accept that as well! But now they don’t answer my call!

- Pizza Master Oven
Yes, Such a good brand! They asked to bring pizza and test! On the day of testing, they only turn on one floor of oven! Why When we bought the oven, we found out that floor they didn’t turn on for us to test, burnt under the pizzas
We tried different temperatures but still burn under, uncooked the top! When i called they keep sending us Alpha Sales Person! Not Igloo technision!

The only thing we get and we were kind of happy was the pans! However they told us it will arrive in a week, but they arrived three to four weeks later!

They don’t accept any responsibility of their products!

Also i have to add Its not Sales Person Problem! Mr Morteza is really helpful!

Had a fridge go and needed a replacement ASAP. Called in to Igloo and spoke with Peter who was GREAT. Gave me Lot's of options and a great price on a 2 door. Timing was important so they arranged delivery at a fair fee and the fridge was here in 3 hours !!!
The delivery driver was super friendly and very helpful. I bought several times from Igloo and extremely happy with the service
