I strongly agree with Chris Nagy on his negative review on the hiring process of Innio. I went to the testing today myself with a group of probably 12 people. Assembling things they don't even make at the factory. How can you learn about the job and what they produce if you are doing something else that has nothing to do with the job. It's a good industry to have in Welland but they need to get rid of the testing process and train the job directly in factory if they need the people to work there. Another thing, I was punished by not being able to move on to the next faze of the process because of a carburetor on a mini model air plane engine that was over-torgued. Not my fault but that's how I felt.

Beautiful facility, producing some of the finest manufactured pieces. I apologize for not having any images. More astonishing is the wild life that coexists in the same area.
