Brought in a deboned deer just before Christmas to get pepperoni and sausage made. Super quick turn around and fair pricing. We are very happy with the product, honey garlic pepperoni is top notch. Highly recommend this butcher shop for game processing!

I can’t recommend Cole and Mack at Iron Butcher Customs enough! These guys are top-notch. The facility is always clean, and the quality of their cuts is unbeatable—whether it’s for my own game or for my dog’s food. Just got my bear back in the form of pepperoni and smokies - ripped open a pack of pepperoni sticks, and it was fantastic. Mack was incredibly informative, helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him for your butchering needs!

First time customer but not a first time hunter since 1988 and has processed meat from other butchers over many year depends on where I lived such as Grand Forks.
At price point I have been disappointed not on the quality of the sausages but the no wrapping or vacuum seal of the sausages. So this my first time I’ve ever experience this where I’m required to do my own. There was no communication in this regard. Mike is very nice but I will have to possible look going elsewhere or eventually make sausage myself.

Just picked up my sausage. Fantastic shop and people, funny and caring. I asked very my pepperoni to be dry, exactly what I asked was done. Tastes great, great price. Will be back
