I’m not sure if it’s a prerequisite during the hiring process but it appears most employees have zero enthusiasm, customer service skills or just general communication skills. Literally I greeted every employee I saw with a smile and they barely had life in their eyes let alone the interest to greet a customer. Our cashier didn’t say a single word to us, just proceeded to ring items through with less interest than a toddler watching the history channel. When I was time to pay I pulled out my PC points card and he told me it was too late to scan it. I asked if we could reverse the transaction so I could scan my PC Card and he said “umm no”. So glad I spent nearly $300 on groceries and left my happiness at the door today.

Poor selection of produce, spots on shelves are bare.. either they don't have the staff, which means hire more or they have zero idea how to place orders.. very poor management either way.. juts my opinion

Terrible layout. From someone who isn't from around here and isn't used to the store, the isles don't make sense. It's not very smooth shopping... i I couldn't find and dang cookies either. I found the isle that said there were cookies, but there were no cookies. No real cookies anyway. Chips ahoy, oreos, etc... I have to ask where things are every time I'm there...

The store is currently being updated and it looks great. I'm lost in there right now but am really happy that they have added some bulk bins as well as how nice the updates look as well as how roomy it feels. The prices have always been good, the staff is mostly friendly and the selection is awesome. They bring in all kinds of things to try and that makes me really happy. Some new apps to try and they work pretty well, ordering for pick up isn't very user-friendly for me.
