We highly Recommend Island Roots Tree Service located on Prince Edward Island. We had a number of dead and broken trees on our property that needed to be removed. Robert of Island Trees responded quickly to our call, assessed the work and within a few days the trees were removed and property cleaned up. We were very impressed with Robert, a PE Islander, who is a hard worker and a genuinely nice person. He came early on the day he said he would come, worked all day cutting and disposing of the trees and raked up the property afterwards. We know how difficult the job was, but Robert kept at it until the property was restored to its natural beauty. Thank you, Robert. We will call you again when the need arises.

Not many good things came out of the destruction caused by Hurricane Fiona but I can say that beyond a shadow of doubt that the day I met Robert and having him takeover managing all of the dangerous trees on my property got me through one of the most challenging times of my life. The Hurricane brought down so many trees on our small property it was overwhelming along with the damage to our house and property. My first contact with Robert was in early December when he was on contract with the Provincial Government to remove dangerous trees for people who had registered on the govt list. A charity organization had just days before half hearted removed the worst of the downed trees at the front of the property allowing for the first time in months a clear view. Robert was driving by at the end of his day and noticed a very dangerous situation. He checked the govt list and found my phone number. Even though it was past 5 pm and getting very dark he stopped and came to speak with me. Alarmed that I had been walking unaware daily under a precariously hanging half of a tree he made me promise to avoid the area and he would be back as soon as he could to remove it.

He returned first thing the next morning and after inspecting all around the property he removed every dangerous hanging tree or limbs. I was so impressed with Robert’s professionalism and kindness. Over the next 12 months I had him come to my property 8 times to remove upturned tree stumps and deal with the damaged and weakened remaining trees as I could afford to. He always came when he promised. He was quick and through in tackling problem trees and limbs. Above all his knowledge and kindness set him apart from most of the other contractors I had onto hire during that year. After our first interaction I knew that he was a man of his word and that I could count on him no matter what. In fact his last job for me on that property he completed while I was out of the Country in January.

If you want a knowledge, trustworthy tree professional there is simply no one better to hire than Robert Roach. You can absolutely count on him to get the job accomplished on time and in the budget agreed on. He truly is the best!
