Absolutely phenomenal service from Ital Florist. I ordered a standing spray for my grandmother's funeral service and they ensured the arrangement arrived in the morning before we started the service. The spray itself was stunning, you can tell they put a lot of care into every order they put together and utilize high quality flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. After much research with florists in both Durham and Peel regions, I decided to go ahead with Italflorist to purchase flowers for my father’s memorial service.
The ladies I spoke with on the phone and in store were so compassionate and understanding my need for the freshest and perfect flower arrangements were needed for the best dad in the world.
I chose the Morning Stars Premium arrangement that was placed in front of the podium and Sapphire Skies Deluxe arrangement for the main refreshments table. The flowers were gorgeous! Perfect! They were fresh and some blooming while I’m transit.
The patience and care of the ladies when picking them up and gently and carefully placing in my car, was most appreciated and will always be remembered.

This was my first time ever ordering flowers online and I was very skeptical considering all the online scams going on nowadays. I ordered condolence flowers for delivery 4 days before my friend’s mom’s service. They arrived early and turned out even better than I expected. Would definitely recommend this florist for all your flower needs, they are amazing! 🤩

This is what I thought i was getting. This is what I got. (See pictures) I ordered there so called "PREMIUM" bouquet for a family funeral and this is what they sent. I was so embarrassed to say the least when I seen the bouquet they had sent. When I ordered the best option offered and thats what I got it was very disappointing. It was small you can compare to the lamp and picture frame beside it. I thought I would be getting a large beautiful arrangement sent not this little vase. Also trying to figure out where the white roses are? Do not order online from this company you will be sadly disappointed. Not worth the money spent.

Thank you for sending an amazing arrangement to my cousin recuperating from surgery. It certainly made her day. Lots of times when I've placed a phone order I've been disappointed. Not this time! The flowers were perfect!

There were so many beautiful arrangements to choose from, that was the hardest task.

I went with the Shear Exuberance (classic), as those vibrant colors and blue vase just popped out and spoke to me.

They arrived on time (earlier than I expected), and true to form they were stunning and looked exactly as they did on the website (even larger than I thought).

My mother was thrilled with them and couldn't wait to share her photos of them with her friends and family on Facebook.

Needless to say she had a wonderful Mother's day due in no small part to the exceptional work provided by Ital Florist. This was my first purchase with them but I will most definitely be back for more on her bday and subsequent Mother's Day's in the future.
