We are so happy with JYK cakes. She has done such a good job aesthetically, she created my daughters smash cake exactly as we asked. Even went above and beyond and added chocolate chips inside so it looked like watermelon seeds. The flavour was amazing 🤩 it was moist but not to sweet. She really made this event so memorable for us and we will definitely be using her for all of our events. Thank you so much and I hope you get lots of business from our review.

JYK delivered exactly what we needed for a celebration at my mom's business. We were looking for something a bit cheeky and funny as it was the 10 year anniversary of her lingerie store (shameless plug for Bravo Fine Lingerie on Dunlop!) and these were absolutely perfect. The cupcakes were a huge hit and were delicious. Everyone was lovely to deal with as well. We were a bit nervous it wouldn't turn out but instead, it was perfect. Still brings a huge smile to my face. Would definitely recommend this business for any party planning.

Rosary has great customer service! She is fast and efficient when sending in special requests and always willing to accommodate any rush orders that may arise.

She responds to emails promptly and is very knowledgeable about boxes, edible image printing and cake supplies.

Her prices are beyond reasonable in comparison to other big box stores, and better stocked!

Love that there is a supply store closer than TO.
The store has a points program for purchases made....BUT I got an email at 4:07 am telling me my points were about to expire. Immediately at the same time 4:07 am I got another email telling me I had lost my points and they could not be used.
What is the point of that!! An email should be sent out a week before the points expire, to give a person time to place a new order.
I emailed the store mentioning this and have yet to get a response.
Very disappointed, as I was needing to place an order, and certainly would have, as I have a cake decorating business in Orillia, and any savings helps the bottom line and my customers.

They take customer satisfaction seriously.
I had a fairly large order ship out the day I ordered it. It somehow never moved or Canada post lost it. 2 days after the date of est.arrival I only noticed it was lost. JYK cakes followed up and corrected the issue by issuing a replacement order and had it overnighted to me. Quick service! Thankful for their expeditious support!
