K9 Clubhouse was amazing! Used them twice in the last two months and they made booking very easy, along with keeping open communication and providing updates to my husband and I.

Leaving town the last 7 years has been daunting because trying to find great, reliable care for our fur babies has been difficult and K9 Clubhouse really gave my husband and I the reassurance we both needed to feel confident we could leave all three of our babies with them.

K9 Clubhouse carefully made sure to evaluate our pups prior to accepting them for boarding, was extremely impressed with the attention to detail, recommendations they provided when it came to assisting both my husband and I with our boarding choice and options.

We have three huskies, they are high energy and our old girl is a drama queen and both times we used K9 Clubhouse our dogs were extremely excited to see the staff, and they were well taken care of.

They carefully went through any medical concerns for each one of our babies, past medical and current vet reporting which shows they take great time and effort in caring for anyone’s fur baby.

Our pups were regularly put out, we had updates online available and the staff even took the time to phone us to follow up daily with our dogs and the care they were being provided.

Everything our pups arrived with was readily available for us when we returned to pick them up, our pups were clean, happy and healthy.

I would highly recommend K9 Clubhouse to anyone looking for good quality care, it is VERY EVIDENT they care about your fur babies as they would care for their own.

Dropped my German Shepherd there for the long weekand and you can really tell they love dogs like its their own. She had an ongoing issue flare up and they took extra care and tried to get her into the vet for us as we were out of town. Of course its nearly impossible to get a dog into a vet in Fort McMurray, Tony went above and beyond to take care of our girl. Thank you K9 Clubhouse.

While picking up my pet, I wasn't informed of any accidents or concerns during their stay. It would have been helpful to know about any incidents, especially if they might have impacted my pet's health. They also seemed more lethargic than usual upon pick-up, which left me a little worried.

Left my happy and healthy pup with the assurance that he would be well taken care of. However, when I came to pick him up he wasn’t the same. Didn’t greet me at the door with his usual zest. I thought he was just tired from playing with the other dogs but he hasn’t been the same. He’s been whining and snapping at my boyfriend, doesn’t even play with his favorite toy but just stares helplessly like he’s been traumatised and is severely depressed. I can’t imagine what he’s been though and I wish I never took him here.

I thought I had found a trustworthy place to take care of my dogs. Upon their return my dogs seemed traumatised and they reeked of urine. I am incredibly angry, disgusted and disappointed in the care shown to my animals. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for their mistreatment. I will never be back.

The K9 bus blew past me going over 100km/h down the hill. I don't know if they meant to cut me off or if they even saw me but I nearly got driven off the road by the reckless bus driver. I tried giving a call but nobody answered. I would not trust my dogs in their bus if this is how they are transported.
