We were referred to this clinic by a friend when we were quoted an exhorbitant amount by a vet in another location. Our dog needed a cleaning and several teeth removed. The staff were very friendly both over the phone and in person and took the time to go over all the post op instructions. The procedure was quick and cost less than 1/4 of big city vets. My dog and my pocket book are both very happy! Thanks Dr. ELLEN AND STAFF! 😁

Took our dog the beginning of January.. Very professional and caring vet. She even called a week later to check up on her and said to call her anytime. I highly recommend. Would be great if they were able to do X-rays there though. I would help fundraise for one in the future if that is something they were wanting. It would help out without having to travel somewhere else for that. Very caring vet. My dog was comfortable with her.

Misdiagnosis.

Our dog had been licking a particular area of his body continually so we inspected the area and found some unusual growths.

We contacted the clinic who were very good in getting us in ASAP for an assessment. The assessment took all of ten minutes and the vet stated the growths were benign, but would remain unless they were surgically removed.

We received and paid a big bill and left.

Approximately one month after are visit we discovered the growths are gone.

We recently received a call from the vet who left a voice mail inquiring how our dog was doing. We called back the following day and spoke with a lady in reception and advised her that the vet appeared to have misdiagnosed our dog’s growths so we weren’t happy about receiving a big bill for a misdiagnosis. The woman stated the vet was out but she would have her contact us.

We have not heard from the Vet.

Dr. Ellen & assistant Cindy are an awesome team providing excellent care & concern for their furry clients. We had our GSD in for a spay. We had concerns she was a high risk for surgery. Dr Ellen listened to our concerns & exercised caution during the surgery. Because of their great care, the surgery went well & our girl came thru fine. They also called to update us on the surgery & again later that evening to reassure us that our GSD was fine & resting comfortably. Dr. Ellen also called a few days later to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend Dr Ellen, Cindy/Kamsack Vet Clinic because of their exceptional care & concern!

Brought my cat in and they fixed him up for me. I'm very happy. Great people and very friendly. He was beat up pretty good to. The doctor was amazing. Even took him in after hrs. I highly recommend them.

They are very nice to all of my boys that visit. The vet helped my one cat that was really sick and he recovered from the sickness. Very caring staff. They will even call you to ask how your pet is doing after the visit if it was a neuter or other.
