Le personnel connaît très bien les chiens. Mon chien a suivi le programme de pension et d’entraînement d’une semaine, et j’ai été surpris de voir à quel point son obéissance s’est améliorée en une période si courte.
Je peux me promener avec lui maintenant sans qu'il tire avec la laisse et même sans laisse son rappel est très bon désormais !!

Kaninou is amazing! I left my Border Collie–Aussie mix there and she had the best time. The staff are friendly, caring, and clearly love dogs. The place is clean, spacious, and safe, and they kept me updated with photos. She came home happy and tired from all the playtime. We’ll definitely be back!

Hands down the best dog daycare and boarding in Gatineau/Ottawa. I have trusted them with my rotty for two weeks while I was abroad and I was receiving regular updates and videos of her having a blast with her new friends.

Kaninou is perfect for our Chiweenie who needed to burn all the energy and be looked after while we are working. We love the space where the dogs can run freely. He goes home tired and happy everytime. Sami and Mustafa are very kind and accommodating. Also very easy to book online.We are happy we found this place.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Kaninou deserves one. We boarded our golden retriever for 5 days and the staff treated him like their own. They sent us updates and little photos, which honestly made our trip so much less stressful. He came back clean, happy, and somehow better behaved than when we left him 😂. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Communication is everything. I understand that issues happened in the past with other dogs / owners and I feel really sorry for them and pray for the best. But people need to understand that it is critical to be completely honest when they file the report on their furry friends. It is the only way for the care taker to have a idea for what expect from the behavior /needs of the dogs. Keep in mind that incident happens fast and the best way to prevent these is communication with the care takers! My 9yrs old husky has some special needs and was always taken care of over at Kaninou.
