We bought a slightly used New Holland Boomer 3 cyl. diesel tractor at KAS and it has been great for at least 7 years now. Mowing our acre+ of grass in summer and blowing our long lane in winter. Starts even in serious cold. Started stuttering a bit this winter so I contacted KAS and Tyler zeroed in on the issue immediately. Was the rear fuel filter behind the wheel. He gave me instructions and I replaced it, now running like a top. For occasional maintenance, they'll pick up the tractor and return it with a float truck.
I highly recommend this local PEI-owned and run company.

bought a used compact tractor a couple of weeks ago,pleasure to deal with sale staff, had a minor issue with steering called them ,tech came out next day ,found problem orderd parts and was back to install next day, great tech and service, recomend to any body ,good work guys ,mike.

Just purchased a Kubota LX2610HSD from Kensington Ag. Experience was great all around, the salesperson (Stuart Maclean) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I was kept informed throughout the financing and delivery process. I went to this establishment hoping to support local. I walked into the sales area around 915 looking at potentially purchasing a lawn tractor and a snow blower, if the price was fair. As there were no other vehicles I. The lot I figured that I would have undivided attention. I was greeted at the door by someone who briefly walked passed me and out the door. I shrugged it off and walked up to the counter, waited about 10 minutes, then walked area the whole building, and I realized that there was absolutely no one in the building. I thought this was weird as I had full access to the gift shop area and or anything in the building. However, I am an honest person so I just stood there and waited another 10 minutes. As I still haven't seen anyone, I figured I would go outside and check the prices on the lawn tractors myself. Unfortunately, they were locked up and I could not make out the prices. I then returned into the building in hopes of help, waited another 5 minutes with no avail, gave up and went home. I really hope this is a one off for the boss's sake.

Earlier this week I answer an add Kensington Agricultural services posted in tractorhouse on April 5,2023, l emailed and received a email from tractorhouse that I would hear from above mentioned company and didn’t. I then called above mentioned company and talked to a salesman at 9:00AM may 3rd , he started that he would look into it and call me back with the number I had provided him.He didn’t ,so I again called the next day may 4th at 2:08PM and talked with the same salesman who stated to me” I haven’t gotten around to it yet” so I told him never mind I would go a different route.That route was to purchase a nos remote from McFARLANES’ retail & service center in Sauk city, WI saving myself $36. I then gave a Facebook review with above information stating to judge for yourself it was a personal problem or bad service. I received a comment back from someone at above mentioned company stating “thanks for the feedback, Wayne.Sometimes it takes time to locate an aged item such as this in storage on our complex. We aim to follow up with our customers in a timely manner” then they either took down the Facebook reviews or blocked me. So in the end they got one star because they saved me $36 by going to a business that answered promptly and had a better grasp on their inventory Thanks again McFARLANES’ retail & service Sauk city,WI
