Great service. People there are very well educated in their specialty therefore they will be able to help you in any way. Stopped by to pick up a pre-ordered part for what should have been a one minute interaction. Two parts guys spent the first 5 minutes chatting with each other, completely ignoring the customer. Finally, the one guy moved back to his station, but instead of dealing with a physically present customer, "parts specialist" 1 proceeded to tap away at his keyboard as if I didn't exist. It wasn't just me, there were 2 customers behind me already. After waiting 10 minutes for so much as an acknowledgment, I turned around and left. Have never experienced this anywhere else.

Keystone offers good old fashion service and an exceptional product line of Kubota tractors. Myron Esau is very knowledgeable on all types of tractors he sellstractor back. I was referred to him by a friend of mine. In order for me to weigh the benefits of his Kubota over a John Deere, he offered to 'loan' me his new Zeroturn Z726X. $12000 tractor to take home and try out for a couple of days cutting my property. Which I did. Instead of bringing the tractor back, I purchased it because it did exactly what I wanted it to do and more.

I would recommend Myron and Keystone Agri-motive to all my friends.

Went there around 2 days ago to get myself a red Milwaukee cap found acupel on the ground in the corner picked up one had a little black smudge of something I didn't care that was going to be my welding cap anyway so I got it and 2 days later it felt a little small on my head I looked and I accidentally got the S-M size I'm a L-XL so I called just today and told them hey I got this hat a Cupel days ago and said I don't have the sticker on the cap or the tag but I have my receipt can I exchange it for a bigger size? The dude over the phone was like ya no problem come on in and I'll get you a different one I go in there and I tell them like hey I called and they said I was able to exchange this for a bigger one I also mentioned that condition it was in when I purchased it he went to find a bigger size took my hat and was like I can't exchange this for you (because of that little black smudge) I told him like I told the guy over the phone there's a little black smudge at the back of the hat but I purchased it anyway bla blah blah and he said doesn't matter I can't exchange this for you thanks for wasting my time keystone👍
