I have been very happy with the service at Keystone Kat! I purchased a Kioti CK2610 tractor from them, and have been beyond impressed upgrading from a John Deere 1025. The tractor is fantastic, and the service that they provide for it has been great! The guys are willing to take the time to talk and have been good when it comes to parts and service. If you are thinking about getting a tractor, look no further!

Brought my 08 KX 250F to get the carb adjusted after a different top end went it. Starts and idles great but there was hesitation in 3,4, and 5th gear. Sat at the shop about 23 days and was supoose to be raced. the lack of communication between the service writer and mechanic is the low rating. When the bike was finally ready to get still had not fixed the issue and had ripped the gasoline so I couldn't properly trust it. went to farm service to get a different hose so I could ride . No bitterness but won't be going back. Humans aren't perfect and things do go wrong.....I supoose the bar of expectations were to high....so I've learnt to bury the expectation bar deep in the ground and then no longer need to worry about being dissapointed. Perhaps its better to have your tractor worked on or buy a new machine from Keystone. The people there are friendly and Lori always is a smile in the shop so that can make ones day regardless of the situation..

Bought a new kioti tractor from this dealership and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The dealer closest to us wouldn’t give me the time of day so I ended up travelling 4.5 hours to buy a tractor off Brian and I’m happy I did. I will be buying more accessories and will be coming back to KeystoneKat
