This is just sad. We ordered a big crunch box and a 4 pc hot honey tender combo. Waited for about 20 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. We went back in to have it fixed, then the teller at front said "we are out of the hot honey". Okaaay? So why sell it in the first place? The order was even punched in incorrectly, so I was basically charged more because you guys punched in the sauce as a dip. Also was charged for upsized fries, but the other box only came with a regular. Asked about it too, and she said, "that's the large." Don't you think your customers deserve what they are paying for? We are too hungry from traveling so we just took it. Overall disappointing.

Good fried chicken 🍗. We have bought from KFC at various stores over the years and have always enjoyed it. We did takeout this time. The service was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly. We did not dine in so no comment about the washrooms or the cleanliness of the restaurant. Although a quick glance seemed to indicate all was good. It was a good experience for the brief time we were there. Good access and parking was available.

Need fast food? Do not come here. We **observed six people arrive after us and receive their orders within a reasonable timeframe, despite not having ordered ahead of time. ***

Conversely, we waited approximately 20 minutes to receive our order. While waiting, we noticed other customers who had arrived after us receive their orders and leave before us.

The counter staff member who took our order eventually inquired, "Are you waiting for something?" This was surprising, given the delay. Initially, we had specified that we did not want fries with our four-piece order and macaroni.

However, upon opening the box, we found coleslaw and fries. Furthermore, we ordered two famous chicken sandwiches, gravy, and two popcorn and fries combos.

Regrettably, all the fries were cold, and the gravy was lukewarm with lumps and not even half a cup.

Notably, when we walked to our vehicle and pulled the order out of the bag, we immediately noticed the issue with the gravy and took a picture for reference.

The only redeeming aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the fact that the sandwich and chicken were at the proper temperature.

Went in on Tuesday for lunch
The lady at the counter was super hard to understand and when I started to open the door to come in I could hear here say hello what can i get for you ….now the door is not even open half way and I’m being asked what I want to order !!!!!
When I told her I I need a minute she looked down at the counter and completely went to another world zoned right out …she was zoned out the whole time actually
I asked about the Tuesday specials they have always had and was told
“We don’t do here city only”
Another lady was standing there and said did I hear that right and confirmed with the lady and she left said I won’t be back
I ordered a combo and sat In the car and was so disappointed with the amount of food in the box hardly enough to feed a small child
I ordered the original 3 piece and there was nothing in the box worth paying for
Don’t bother with this place go right next door to Ramzi’s and get there daily special 12.99
Big double burger
Huge fries and drink
And super hot all the time
I will never go back to this KFC

Hubby and I went in for two can dine for $16.99 but she punched in the code and the price came out to almost $24.00 so I went to her to say that the price was wrong. She said that the code only took $4.32 off. To make this short, the code was wrong for the meal so how many more customers were charged wrong for the meal. I am not positive about the exact dollar amounts that I put down but in the long run there is the wrong discount on your meals.

Bought wings and popcorn chicken tonight, they only gave us half the bucket and the wings were old and taste horrible. I would like to say im surprised but im not!!

I ordered food so many times in this location and it takes really good I personally liked Big Crunch sandwich and it’s always fresh they told me wait for 6minutes for a new patty and it always worth the wait
