Excellent communication, first-rate work, expedient, reasonable rates, and truly good people! We have contracted KT&CS for several projects (i.e., tree removal, old dock removal, and cottage site check), and have been 100% satisfied with the work and interaction each time. It was a great day indeed when Aimee and Tam Kilbourne stepped foot on my Island property after the devastating storm of May 2022. We were hit very hard and were overwhelmed with the shear volume of mature trees uprooted or snapped off, blocking pathways, ripping up decking and grazing the cottage and cabin. The damage was quickly assessed and a plan initiated with professional ease and confidence.
With phases 1 and 2, the speed and efficiency of the fallen tree processing and clearing with Tam, Aimee and their crew was mind boggling.
The difficult work was completed with the best aesthetic in mind and helped me settle into the "new normal"
Aimee was constantly in touch regarding scheduling, communication and always crystal clear.
The calm nature and professional confidence of both Aimee and Tam along with a kindness, and also love for what they do so well sets them apart from any one I have ever met.

Aimee and her team have enhanced on our island property for 5 years. We live far away from the lake during non-summer months and it is very comforting to know Aimee is close-by and looking out for our property. Her team has created a beautiful rock path from the cottage to the lake, cleared brush and small trees and coordinated sub-contractors like large tree removal and pest spraying. Aimee and team are dependable, hard-working, community minded and have great follow-up. They have been invaluable and I would highly recommend this company.

Two years ago we had Aimee design and build a
natural pathway to the lake using only the existing landscape and rocks. We enjoy this new access to the lake and It has proven to be aesthetically functional. After the windstorm last summer, Aimee and her son Tam, cleared the area around our dock and pathway to the cottage quickly and efficiently. Estimates were thorough with full description, including photos, with various options to consider. Great communication, diligent work and impeccable clean up. We highly recommend this team!

Last Year (2023) KTCS worked with St. Peter’s to restore our memorial garden. This involved a lot of heavy work as the garden had been much neglected and our goal was to renew every aspect of it as we transitioned over to native, non-invasive and pollinator species. There was also heavy landscaping required. Aimee and team did excellent and very timely work for us and we are thrilled with the result. We highly recommend them!
